Website was easy to navigate and order the bike frame that I saw. Delivered as promised.

Pricing was fair, and shipping was quick. I had no issues that required any customer service support so all good.

Ordered from Bikes online and their amazing communication and fast shipping have made me a customer for life, I am really enjoying my Polygon Xtrada 5

I couldn't believe the bike frame I purchased had a great price.

bought Marine Alcatraz 24" and both the tyres got busted one after another successively with in two days. the Customer service is more focussed on paying refund rather than fixing the fundamental issue of having a strong quality control systems in place. The worst part is how such a reputed bikes which are sold as premium models cost $900 and how obnoxious could the customer service be dealing with such fatal, fundamental lapse in the processes. I am very sorry to say that this is mere exploitation of vulnerable customers in view of it being the ecommerce business setup. I totally regret and despise.

I called to ask about a specific bike I was interested in. I found out after much rude behavior by the sales rep including saying my name four times while I was speaking, apparently to get me to stop talking so he could sell me something else, that they were not going to carry this bike in inventory. He wanted my business so bad he hung up on me. Yes hung up on me.

Company website was easy to navigate, description of bike was accurate. Checkout was easy and straightforward. The bike arrived in 5 days due to distance. I am on the East coast. Bike arrived in perfect shape due to the shipping box being sturdy.
Assembly took about an hour ( I don't have a bike repair stand to hold bike)
Iam glad I ordered the XL as a large would have been too small. Iam 6'1 270lbs. 32 inch inseam. So far I have had no issues with the bike nor do I expect any.
This bike rides like a dream. I had never heard of Polygon but I am glad I found them.

Second bike through bikesonline and generally very satisfied. The bikes have both been great! Shipping was smooth both times (with this most recent taking only 1.5 days!). Only issue is the Superior XF 979 rc I just bought showed a dropper post in every advertised picture but didn’t come with one. Upon further looking I now see a brief mention of “dropper post ready” in the description. Wish that was most obvious at purchase. But again, still quite satisfied and would recommend!

Bought a Polygon Siskiu T7 that arrived with a piece on the fork damaged and unusable. Finally got through to customer service (which was difficult and frustrating as you have to go through an AI assistant). Was sent a replacement part which ended up not being the correct part. Attempted to get back in touch and have to jump through even more hoops and fight to get in touch with someone directly. Shouldn’t have to fight this hard to get a problem fixed on a big ticket purchase.

The derailure hanger fit my xtrada 7 perfect. Going to order again as a back up

I ordered a Polygon Siskiu T7, and it arrived pretty fast! Got to try it after a few days and it definitely lived up to what they advertised. And the fact that their website loaded pretty quickly on my horrible internet made it even better AND it got delivered to me pretty fast as well. Would recommend

I purchased a Superior XF 979 TR from BikesOnline, and on my very first ride I noticed the bike was rattling heavily on the trails. The rear suspension was creaking (which I managed to fix temporarily by applying fresh grease), but the fork still makes loud noises and clearly has issues.

Later, I found out that the derailleur hanger doesn’t screw into the frame properly — the hole in the frame is too wide in diameter. That’s a serious manufacturing defect.

I contacted BikesOnline support, but the agent didn’t help at all. They said they’re “waiting for a response from the manufacturer” — it’s been over two weeks, and nothing. No real update, no solution — just stalling.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and the support. This was my first and definitely last bike purchase from BikesOnline.

Excellent quality bike! They delivered in perfect timing...the eve of my wife's birthday. Such a classic vintage bike that the she barely gets to ride it, the kids love it so much!
