Great experience start to finish with choosing the correct bike for my daughter, to having it delivered and riding the same day with totally easy setup. She's absolutely loving it. Fastest way to get my daughter back into cycling this year as the summer season starts, as she'd just outgrown her first bike. Great to know I can swap up to the next size when she's ready in another year or two. The bike was like new as well, maybe ridden once by one child. Serviced very well to provide new brakes pads and pedals, and everything else was like new including the gearing and tyres. Will definitely be keeping up our subscription for the summer months before deciding which bike she needs next

We have used Bike Club for the last two years and just done the first exchange. No hassle with ordering the bike, arrived really quickly and the old one was taken away the same day. I love that we are able to send the bike back when my son has outgrown it - saving space, money and letting the bike get a new lease of life. Customer services are amazing - respond quickly and super helpful. Overall really happy with our experience and wish I had known about this with my older child.

Too expensive for the service delivered

This is a very uneconomical and expensive service. Bikes wasnt reliable and broke often needing plenty of trips to the local bike shop. It's cheaper buying new. The return and delivery fees are also ridiculous.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Ashley. Our Bike arrived on Friday and due to the courier damaging the box we didn't have pedals as these had fallen out. They sorted this immediately without hesitations and we had pedals delivered the next morning. This is what I call a customer first experience!! Thank you

Delivery of the bikes was excellent and on time. These were celebration gifts for my children for the following morning. One bike arrived with no pedals and the second bikes left pedal couldn’t be fitted due to over threading issues. The family bike ride we had planned on the day had to be cancelled and I had two very unhappy children. Took the second bike to a local bike shop where we paid to get the over threading sorted. On the whole just very disappointed. Replacement pedals arrived the following day so bike club did correct quickly. Just very surprised how they could be missing in the first place when they are the only loose items with the bike that are in the box

Okay, so I haven't actually used bike club. I wanted to but the per month cost of the frog bike i was looking at was far too high plus delivery, when I can have several options available to me on online market places for £150 for frog bikes which are in excellent condition and which will hold their value. One year of subs for the same bike with bike club would be more than thisband I expect this size bike to last my child circa 18 months. I'm just not understanding how they make a business with the prices they charge, maybe for people who don't use second hand market places?

I have nothing but positive things to say so far and I am so glad I didn't pay too much attention to the negative reviews on here.

The process has been so smooth so far. I've got my daughter's first new bike at a fraction of the price than if I'd paid new and even took advantage off the 50% off for 12 months on starter bikes (promo code).

The bike arrived within 2 weeks and is absoutely beautiful. I opted for 'used' but it could pass as new - with brand new wheels.

The service has been great and I received a response email the very next morning - after I'd made an accidental order.

Quick and easy experience... I recently exchanged a bike and the whole process was hassle free. Great communication ahead of delivery and clear instructions on what to do with the bike that was being picked up. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

We love the quality of the bike. We are with bike club for 3 years now. The great structure of the bikes and confiirt, make it easy for my 6 years old to quickly adapt to different bike size.

The cost of delivery could be reviewed but overall great experience!

Options are limited, particularly for renewing and up-sizing. Customer service is about average, and leaves you feeling patronised. I cancelled my our subs for my daughter's bike and was allocated a completely unsuitable collection date by their delivery partner. This was by text so no option to vary. When I went back to Bike Club, they tried to convince me I'd selected this date. Quite illogical as it simply does not suit, and therefore more likely the cancellation process automatically allocated it and the instructions were simply not clear. The communication with their Customer Service is extremely condescending.
