Appalling experience
Appalling experience. We booked and arranged for bikes to be delivered last Friday in advance of the bank holiday weekend. Received notification the bikes were out for delivery and a 2 hour delivery period given. We waited in for 3 hours no one turned up and no contact numbers given so we had to wait with 2 very disappointed girls until Tuesday (today) for a response (but despite being asked no number still provided). Advised the bikes were out for delivery again today between 5 pm and 7 pm. Once again no delivery and no way of contacting them - only email! I’m sorry this is shocking customer service and shocking service overall - the delivery company has also sent us emails on Friday and today wanting to review their delivery! What a joke!! 🤣

Supposed to have an exchange Saturday but a no show and now unable to contact bike club. I’d avoid now at all costs

As your message arrived on Saturday evening, our team was unavailable over the weekend and bank holiday, which meant we weren't able to respond as quickly as we would have liked. Bike Club has been a really positive experience; we were toying with buying a new bike but were worried our daughter would quickly grow out of it. Renting a bike with Bike Club has been great, great value, a lot of choice and really good quality bikes; my daughter has been out on hers every day since it arrived! Would definitely recommend!

Really easy to sort a bike swap
Really easy to sort a bike swap, no hassle at all and excellent and responsive customer service. Highly recommend to avoid buying new bikes every couple of years and having to sell them on.

Brilliant pre order customer service, rapid delivery, excellent bike. I have told several friends about our great experience. One very happy child and mummy! Easy set up and off she goes, been out on the Frog 44 daily since it arrived.

Fabulous re-bike rental scheme that has meant we are able to afford 2 great bikes. Also takes away the headache of re-selling. The 10% sibling discount is great as is their customer service. Thank you Bike Club 🙏

Felt like a very valued customer, the issue I had was rectified very quickly and efficiently, the customer service is second to none. Loved the fact I could deal with the same person throughout the emails and not having different people which leads to miscommunication.

The bike was great more than we could afford upfront, and we had no problem switching out for the best fit. Or moving out of london. Now we have upgraded and it’s great to have a choice without that great big expense and to say yes to your kid not let’s wait for your birthday!

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company. Great website, range of bikes, delivery speed and cost. Perfect solution to changing kids bikes every year as they grow. The range of bikes is brilliant! The bikes come assembled which trust me if you haven’t built a bike before is an absolute godsend, and gives you confidence it won’t fall apart as they ride! Can’t recommend this company enough.

Great experience start to finish
Great experience start to finish with choosing the correct bike for my daughter, to having it delivered and riding the same day with totally easy setup. She's absolutely loving it. Fastest way to get my daughter back into cycling this year as the summer season starts, as she'd just outgrown her first bike. Great to know I can swap up to the next size when she's ready in another year or two. The bike was like new as well, maybe ridden once by one child. Serviced very well to provide new brakes pads and pedals, and everything else was like new including the gearing and tyres. Will definitely be keeping up our subscription for the summer months before deciding which bike she needs next
