Bike Club is Awesome!
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Bike Club. My son, Leo, absolutely loves his bike, and his bike riding confidence has grown so much.
The customer service has been exceptional. Every time we’ve had a question or needed support, the team has responded quickly, kindly, and with a genuine eagerness to help. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
A special thank you to Sham, who went above and beyond to help. The level of care, understanding and customer service received is exceptional and really shows how much Bike Club values its customers.
I totally recommend Bike Club to anyone looking for quality children’s bikes backed up by excellent customer care.

Such a great idea!
Great concept, easy website to use - plenty of helpful information. Easy to set up delivery and exchange of bikes, delivery company gave two hour time slot and stuck to it. Great customer service. I would highly recommend to others.

Outstanding Customer Service from Sham!
We had an issue where a smll issue where part of the brake cable had broken. We sent an email to the customer service explaining the situation and got a quick responses requesting further information.
After sending additional videos and images, the team came up with a solution which resolved the problem.
Sham was very helpful, answered questions quickly and with great detail. Sham had the capacity to use initiative, and make decisions without having to escalate. Giving staff the freedom to do this enables issues to be resolved promptly and effectively. Thank you!

This is a good option if you need a balance bike for your toddler - good quality bikes at affordable hire rates with no minimum hire period.

I made a mistake and accidentally…
I made a mistake and accidentally cancelled the bike hire we had for my son. Pick up was organised, I was charged for cancellation and collection but when I sent an email to ask if it could be undone and back to what we had, they sorted it all within 24 hours. Refunded for the cancellation, pick up cancelled and re-establishment of the original bike hire. Very impressed. Thank you

Perfect customer service
Absolutely amazing. The bike was faulty and the customer service was brilliant. Thankyou sham for sorting it out for us. Very pleased with the Bike Club would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service
We now have three bikes through bike club, including one upgrade, and have had nothing but exceptional service. Any queries have been answered quickly, and most importantly our kids love their bikes!

Wanted to join but no bikes avaliable…
Wanted to join but no bikes avaliable at all for all 3 of my children in different age groups I was expecting better choices and more to pick from or at least to be able to get 1 bike of them but nothing great idea if it worked

Service has been exceptional
Service has been exceptional. The bike was used (we were expecting this) but in perfect working order. We had a small issue with the bell as it didn’t work, but a replacement issued straight away.
So far, 5 star.

Fantastic service
Brilliant. Website is user friendly and bikes are of a high standard. Would highly recommend. Delivery did say it would be delayed a day but then ended up turning up on due date and earlier than allocated delivery time. Very happy customer
