My 2 girls have worked through 2 bikes each with BikeClub. Each time they have been super happy with their new bikes. They have no issue with the refurbished bikes as they look as good as new. The service is seemless. Delivered and the old one taken back. No stress of buying and reselling. Best decision to start this subscription.

Overall quite satisfied. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that communication is a little time ( a few days) in between due to no phone number to make contact so you have to wait for an email response to resolve questions / issues

The quality of 2 bikes were brilliant, definatly a hit with the kids! Would certainly recommend and a fair price to for the quality of the bikes used!

I tried to order some bikes whilst we were away on holiday for when we got home. The ordered failed but my money was taken. I emailed the customer service team to ask what had happened and they informed me that one of the bikes went out of stock as I placed my order to it failed. They have given us a better bike for the same deal and it was all sorted for a new bike instead of a rebike. The customer service was great and sorted everything for me, would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We have been a customer for over two years now and always received high quality bikes either brand new or the re-bike option. What really sets this company apart though is the aftercare service and genuine desire and willingness to get the right bike to you. Recently experienced a sizing issue for my son with a bike exchange and the team were fantastic in both resolving it perfectly and with great speed. Could not recommend further.

It's a great sustainable idea and done very well by Bike Club and their helpful team. I've ordered about 4 bikes with them now and never had any issues. Happy to recommend.

Was having issues with stock availability for an exchange for a bigger bike for my child, waiting nearly a year for a bike for my son as he has out grown his old one. I emailed through requesting a manager due to this and was then contacted by a woman named Sham. She truly jumped through hoops for me to find me a bike for son to go back to school with after waiting so long and totally understood where I was coming from with my frustration. Within a couple days, she got in touch saying she had a bike ready for me and it was being delivered within a week or so. True Icon! She deserves so much appreciation! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves by the company! She was a life saver and me and my son are forever grateful. Thank you again Sham.

Our kids have just sized up to their third bikes on subscription with bike club and we couldn’t be happier with both the quality and condition of the bikes, and the standard of service provided, every interaction has been great - even the couriers are always super friendly. We’re confident our children will be subscribed and get all of their bikes from bike club until they stop growing!

We have been customers of the Bike Club for quite some years now and have had incredibly positive experiences. There have been a few problems along the way but their customer service is excellent and they have resolved them fully and quickly. I would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience, the process of selecting the right bike from the website was straightforward, the bike arrived quickly and my grandson was out riding it a day later. It couldn’t have been better

Excellent experience so far with the quality of bikes and ease of set-up - the subscription model works well for me. However, we had a bit of a hiccup with the latest exchange and I found it difficult to get in touch with the courier. Bike Club were very responsive when I contacted them and the issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. My grandson is loving his new bike!

Sham from the customer service team was brilliant when there was a mix up on when the bike was to be delivered. She worked behind the scenes to have it delivered on the correct date with follow up contact to ensure everything was ok.
One thing I would suggest is having a phone number to contact when these urgent issues occur.

The team arranged a free exchange, kept me informed throughout the process, and even honoured the promotional discount despite the exchange, which I really appreciated.

Brilliant solution for the primary school years (and a bit after). The bikes a great quality, and the system for collection and delivery is smooth and painless.

Great customer service. It was just a shame that my grand daughter was just not ready for the two wheel bike we ordered. The transition from a bike with stabilisers was too much and despite our efforts she just didnt have the confidence. I wish her first bike had been a balance bike.

This is a superb idea and really well executed. My son grew out of one bike now, and it was pretty effortless to switch him up to next size. The bike we received was apparently a ‘revoke’ meaning someone else had previously used it but to me it looked brand new. Loving this service.

After a failed delivery attempt, Bike Club sent me an email to reassure me that they were investigating things from their side. New delivery organised and our brand new bike arrived promptly. My son was over the moon with his new bike. Fab company with amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
