I suspect this might be some sort of scam. Be very careful opening or contacting through emails. I'd leave well alone. No stars from me if I could opt for that!

On 6 September, I requested a withdrawal from my account. Your website states that withdrawals take 7–21 working days to process. After waiting the stated time, my withdrawal was cancelled without any explanation.
I contacted your live chat support multiple times and was advised to submit the withdrawal request again. I was also informed that the new request would be prioritised. I followed this instruction and submitted another withdrawal request as advised.
As of 9 December, I am still waiting for my funds. It has now been several months, and despite repeated contact with live chat support, I continue to receive only generic responses with no clear explanation, resolution, or timeframe.
This situation is unacceptable. Do not use this site

Don’t pay, been waiting months

Very slow paying out withdrawals.
I play on loads of online casino site and this is the worst for withdrawals. I made a withdrawal on the 21/04/25 and today is the 15/05/25 and I'm still waiting for the withdrawal. They say it can take up to 21 business days for it to hit your account. Please read terms of conditions before you deposit on this site. Live chat is shocking and they also don't reply to emails. They are also not regulated so they can pretty much do what they want. They try to get you to do a charge back so that you get your original deposit back and not the winnings. It's a shame I have to give they a one star because you can't give them a 0.

It’s ok for casual gaming. Some games take a while to load and I’ve had to refresh more than once. Deposits are smooth but still waiting on my first big win
