Imagine hounding me for weeks about the car then after taking time to provide pictures to suit your needs, it suddenly doesnt fit your buying profile 😂 if a 2023 x3 m40i full front ppf and 11k miles doesnt fit your profile then I dont know what does.

I was wanting to sell my car and took it to various garages and also went on line to get quotes. Then I saw Big Wants Your Car, I entered the cars details and got an instant quote which was higher than other quotes and was very close to what I wanted. They phoned me the next morning to ask if I was happy with the offer, after answering a few questions they said my car had an outstanding recall which needed sorting before they could collect it, the recall was done and then they sent a driver to collect my car within 2 days. The driver Jason was so polite and took numerous photos and then contacted the office, the money was put into my bank account within minutes. Before I got a call from Big, I got valuations from other car buyers. Most want to put your car on an auction site. Chloe fro Big called me and we agreed on a price which was not much lower than the auction sites, which there don't seem to be any guarantees with. With Big it all went so quickly and smoothly. My car was checked over and then 5 minutes later the money was in my account. I was very impressed and would recommend them.

I spoke with Lily who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Quoted £37500 online. They rang me and had me go through 3 different people asking the same questions. They had me on hold for 12 minutes then said the best they can do on a perfect condition manufacturer serviced car was £35100. Waste of time
