Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the outcome of your request.
As explained in our correspondence, we’re unable to accept a return for items that have already been installed and where the original packaging is no longer available. Our products arrive pre-packaged from the manufacturer and, once installed, they can no longer be resold as new to another customer.
You also confirmed that the item is working as expected. If a product is faulty we are always more than happy to help arrange a return or replacement, but unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns simply because the item isn’t suitable once it has been installed and the packaging has been disposed of.
We do understand this may be frustrating, but these conditions are in place to ensure fairness and safety for all customers. If you do experience any issues with the product in the future, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

First time I've used big on…
First time I've used big on Electrical we bought a honeywell 30L dehumidifier from them through Amazon, delivered on time and pleased with the product, so we orderd a second honeywell dehumidifier this time 12L. They both work very well so far, been told there a good make so can only give 5 star rating. Also there customer service is very good too ,did give them a call with couple of questions very helpful and polite. Will use this company again. Many thanks Steve C, Louth Lincolnshire. P.S.bought second dehumidifier direct from B.O.electricas direct from them ,arrived next day .thanks again.

Quick delivery but supplied faulty. Motor is loose in housing, and has come off mounting, so doesn't work. Hoping that return and refund procedure will be straightforward

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. I ordered a new kitchen extractor fan on Friday at 4 o'clock, and expected delivery sometime the following week as the website stated 1 - 3 working days delivery time. The fan was delivered before 10 o'clock the following morning, Saturday. It is now installed and working. Exactly as specified on the website.
