Great customer service

Bigjeff literally has just about anything you could want for car audio. Shipping is always super fast, packages always come in nicely packaged and protected during transit. One of my favorite places to order from! Give them a try I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Beware of what you buy from them.

So I bought a base knob nothing big just to see if the company was a good company plus I needed one. I got it it looked good I hooked it up for one day it worked the next day I got in my truck and there was buzzing coming out of my subwoofers could not figure out what was going on until I picked up the base controller. It was the base controller if I touch the wires that were going into the base controller the noise would stop if I let go of it it would start again. I work 7 days a week I don't get days off I own my own company so I am constantly working. To get time to call them was a little difficult so I finally had time to call them maybe a week later to tell them that the base knob was not working and I had to completely unhook it from the system no base. They sent me a message a message they did not call me back like they said they were they sent me a message saying that they are not going to replace it they are not going to send a new one but I can buy another one. I will not be back I will not ever buy something from them ever again. And the sad part was I was about to spend a good bit of money with them buying new amps and speakers. Glad this happened at a search small purchase versus buying thousands of dollars from them and finding out that they weren't going to warranty that either. If they're not going to warranty something this small a week later couldn't imagine them not wanting to warranty something that cost thousands of dollars. I waited to see what they did before I made a comment I waited to make sure they were actually going to do the right thing. Never again I am going to delete their app delete everything about them. That's all I have to say

Great service and products in a hurry!

I’ve spent well over 500 bucks with these people and they just nail it everytime. My products are always in great shape when they arrive and shipped asap like my life depends on it. Very friendly and helpful reps, highly recommend big Jeff audio for quality products at some of the best prices.
