Big Bus Tours San Francisco Omdömen 

Wir fanden es gut, sind einmal die ganze Runde gefahren und zwischen durch immer mal wieder ausgestiegen um uns Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen. Allerdings schafft man es nicht überall auszusteigen. Die Fahrer und Betreuer waren zum Großteil SEHR freundlich, bis auf paar einzelne die scheinbar keine Lust hatten (Deswegen 4 Sterne). Die Busse sind zur Hälfte sehr alt und klapprig (auch deswegen nur 4 Sterne). Wir nutzten auch das Madame Tussaud Ticket, was reibungslos ablief. Die Nachttour war auch super, wir saßen im letzten Bus unten, dann war scheinbar die Nachfrage so groß und sie haben sogar noch einen Bus zusätzlich losgeschickt wo wir dann oben sitzen konnten. (Was aber sehr kalt und windig war :D)
Kann es also nur empfehlen wenn man nicht die ganze Stadt zu Fuß ablaufen will, was sehr mühsam ist.

Awful experience...have taken this tour several times with out of town guest. The tour company is not taking care of their bussess. Several with no air ventalation, guide's that say nothing and do not speak English, not safe...driver had to leave the doors open and pasengers opened the emergency exit windows for air. DO NOT GO ON THIS LINE..there are several in San Francisco choose another company.

I took Big Bus in Los Angeles and San Francisco the guide were amazing very knowledgeable but i won’t recommend it because the weather was extremely hot and to ride on top was very hard but WORSE was in the first floor the buses didn’t have AIR CONDITIONING in winter this might be aceptable but in summer is just RIDICULOUS AND INSANE

We had several hours to kill before we had to head to the airport so we decided to spend the afternoon on the Big Bus Tour. However at our first stop we were told we could not ride the bus with luggage. My colleague and I each had one small roller bag. I have taken many other Big Bus tours all over the world each time with some type of luggage. Very disappointed we were not able to experience San Francisco. My ticket remains unused.

Big Bus was the best way to see San Francisco. I bought a 2 day ticket and used it to learn about the city as well as get around. Thanks for an excellent value! Purchased the ticket on line and got a discount. Well worth it.

Easy to follow. Buses were easy to track on the app. And buses were always available with little to no wait.

the worst experience i’ve had with a bus tour. Too many people buying tickets and not enough buses on the road... extremely long waits at the stops when you do hop on hop off. Some of the buses are english only, making our long even longer even though you advertise your tours as multi-language.
And to top it off, our bus broke down and we had no communication from the compagny to tell us what was going on an what would happen to us. The dispatch refuse to give us customer service phone number.
Will never ride on a big bus tour again, anywhere. And will review this on all possible tourism online sites

Excellent service, staff truly care about their customers and the on bus guides are long time San Franciscans who know and love their city. We will definitely ride again on our next trip to San Francisco.

I felt it was a great way to view the city and see the sights and all was going well UNTIL our bus broke down half way thru the tour and we had to wait 1 hour for another bus to come pick us up :(

Although the guide gave excellent information and was knowledgeable, I was disappointed in the tour experience overall. Initially, it was difficult to pinpoint the exact spot of the bus pickup. There were no clear signs stating it was a pickup location. In addition, the audio system on our bus was not clear at all times. Also, the tour lasted much longer than I had anticipated. I don't recall a length of time being stated at booking.
