Bigboxcars Omdömen

I didn't know what to expect when I first entered Bigboxcars, I had never heard of then. What a surprise I got! I could look at any of the cars in peace until I was ready to ask the questions. The staff was informative and I'am so pleased I visited and purchased my car from you. I recommend this company to all who wish to purchase a car.
Many thanks Dorothea N

Really nice staff, great prices, best place to buy a car. Go see Russell he will look after you.

Friendly staff , quick & efficient service.

Easy to do business with and would recommend to friends and family

It was great to be able to compare all makes and models under one roof. I got a good trade in price. I drove away with a new car, that day. I'd been searching for weeks. The kids area was awesome, so I could have a bit of time without my little helper! Rory was really helpful, answered all questions and wasn't at all pushy!

EASY AND NO HIDDEN AGENDA

My friend bought her car from here with no issues and I decided that I should just look around but found the car I liked for afford price and love it and I have recommended to many friends and family.

Love our car. Staff were so friendly and helpful and not pushy. They took care of everything best customer service from a dealership we have ever had. Overall our experience was great. Thankyou Big Box Cars. Would definitely recommend.

You guys are fantastic. Great fast service.!! Everything was easy and smooth. Thank you. I recommend you to everyone and anyone.

Friendly and courteous staff. It was good not to have to haggle over cost. Have recommended to a friend already.

Good model.
Darren Tully did a great job.

Thank you.

very happy with the whole process, actually walked away with my new car feeling that I was given a fair deal. Colin who I dealt with made the whole process easy, I have already recommended Big Box to others

One of the best company to deal with

I am very happy with the sale and finance team they are really professional and ready to serve the customer

So we went there with every intention to just test drive a car and go home to think about it but then we met Rob who showed us the car in detail. And sooooo WE BOUGHT THE CAR!! Everyone there was so helpful and gave us so much information. We felt very well looked after. I'm so happy we decided to drive all the way to the south side just to have a look because we are so happy with our new car. It was beautifully presented (cleaned/waxed/polished/shiny) and even though there were a few little things we were concerned about, they got right to it and had it all checked out and fixed for us as part of the purchase. Have already recommended them to many people. Thanks a bunch guys, we'll definitely buy from you again.

I bought kluger from interstate and Haven’t been notified about a clearly visible big scratch mark on rear bumper bar even though I requested for any physical or mechanical faults before buy it.
Felt like been not provided right information.
Wasn’t even vaccumed the car properly, wasn’t even provided any floor mat in car.
Was compensated with only $200 when i had to replace whole rear bumper from my pocket.
Truely not a professional service that you can rely specially from interstate.

Overall satisfactory.

Very disappointing would never ever deal with this company again

I had a very pleasurable experience. Nice and friendly staff, very helpful.

My experience with BigBoxCars was so smooth. Found a car that I wanted, took it for a test drive and then finalised and picked up the next day. My salesman, Frag was very approachable, honest and nothing I asked was ever ignored. Thank you for a fantastic service.

All good, car was as described on web page and dealings on arrival all smooth. Have recommended to others since purchase.
