Bigboxcars Omdömen

I found dealing with Dori Sheldon and Rory Murphy an absolute pleasure. A very helpful and gracious team. I love my Ford Ranger the best car I have ever had. Thank you Big Box Cars.

very good service plus Darren Tully was very helpful, I would buy my next car from Darren at Big Box Cars

Straight talking with sensible advice, good range and reasonably priced quality vehicles

Highly recommend. Had exactly what I was looking for at an awesome price. Finance was quick and easy and at a rate better than my bank!! Will definitely be back for future purchases!!

Sales person was Darren Tully, NOT impressed, full of rubbish and a shyster. Didnt even know what model vehicle I was trying to "sell". In the end got $200.00 for my old ute.
The ute I purchased was "supposedly" road worthy but Left rear tyre had a "gash" in it so had to be replaced, in my time and NO financial benefit, even then they tyre mob didnt even balance the tyre.
Typical used car salesman!!!!! NEVER deal with this mob again!!!!!

Staff at Big Box Cars were extremely helpful and friendly. All vehicles were well presented with easy availability to test drive. A very professional team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Very happy with the customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out first.

We love our new Outlander. Lots of cars to choose from ( that was the difficult bit), what you see is what you get. Transition was made very easy for us. No stress, No dramas!
Thank you Dennis and his excellent team!

Very easy to deal with.
Unfortunately car had a dodgy roadworthy as the tint was highly illegal.
And who ever washed and detailed the car before my purchase left streaks on the inside of every window and horrible swirl marks all over the paint.
Car had less then 3,000km when purchased.

I have already recommended this company not only to family and friends but also to a stranger. Love my car. Got a good deal. Didn't get treated like a dumb woman with deep pockets. I will be back next time i want to buy a car.
FRAG AND BROOKE ARE AWESOME.

Very simple.
Like the selection , the size and the ease. nothing else to do just sign paper pay money and drive away.

Sean and Mitchell from Bigboxcars were professional and helpful. They were upfront about the car I purchased and we're willing to help. None of the rubbish that most car yards try.

Very good experience they were very professional

I'm satisfied. The price of the car was quite good but there are issues surrounding the hire car history and the Kia unlimited kilometres, the warranty is knocked down to 150k kilometres. Not the worst thing in the world but I feel there could have been a bit more room to haggle on the price but unfortunately its set. Overall I'm happy with the purchase

Bought my daughters first car from big box and we had no issues, great service and it was so easy no typical used car salesman.. Would definitely buy another car from this company.
