A brand new platform to sell both secondhand & brand new items. If you are a business they welcome you with open arms , therefore you can either sell as an individual or a business.
The site is gaining momentum and what is outstanding is their version of customer service. No ai bots! You get a response from a human being very quickly and they are fully open to suggestions. Give it a go as they are a breath of fresh air!

Bidzzy is a new online selling platform which started in April.... it now accepts businesses as well as individual sellers.
Why bidzzy stands out from others is it is humans that run the platform and quickly deals with problems that may arise or glitches in the site... unlike the other platform which don't answer queries and too quickly bans you because of the AI bots that now deals with all there enquiries.
I would definitely recommend Bidzzy as the new selling platform moving forward .

I just made my first purchase, it went off with no problems, the site is easy to use and I am really looking forward to using it more! Really excited after the mess up of vinted and unjustly being taken off the site, I am really happy to know I can speak to a human on here if needed, which was my problem on vinted so was unable to explain the issue with my account.

**A refreshing new selling platform with real human support**

I joined Bidzzy in early June and have been really pleased with my experience so far.

The site is straightforward to use, listing items is easy and, most importantly, there are real people behind the platform. When I have contacted the Bidzzy team with a problem or suggestion, I have received an actual response and felt that my feedback was listened to.

As a seller, that makes a huge difference. It is reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, you are not simply dealing with automated responses and decisions with no opportunity to explain the situation.

Bidzzy is still a very new marketplace, so naturally it doesn't yet have the huge number of buyers that the established platforms have. I have nevertheless already made several sales, and I think it has a lot of potential as the community grows.

There are still features being developed and the occasional issue to iron out, which is only to be expected with such a new platform, but I've been impressed by how responsive the team is to feedback.

For me, Bidzzy feels like a marketplace that actually wants its sellers and buyers to be part of building the platform rather than just numbers in a system.

I'm very happy to have joined at an early stage and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow.

Been on Bidzzy since June. Absolutely fantastic. Easy to list, navigate and communication from bidzzy is great. No complaints. Buying is also really straight forward.

So far so good. New selling site which will obviously take time to get their numbers up but I must admit their customer service, which is 100% human NOT AI, is exemplary, quick responses, suggestions are taken onboard and implemented and any glitches fixed almost immediately. Such an easy platform to use.
I love that you can personalise you own shop by choosing a colour scheme, adding a banner and your shops name as well as your logo.
The listing process is so quick and easy I’ve just managed to upload 12 new listings in 20 minutes.
I think once more people hear about it, it will be a huge success.

Bidzzy the new UK based market place has been excellent since it launched just under 6 months ago. I managed to sell and I also bought items without a fuss. The transactions were smooth and easy. Outstanding customer service with a quick answer within 24h.

I’m genuinely impressed with the new UK-only Bidzzy online marketplace. So far, I’ve had a really positive experience using the platform.
From raising issues regarding glitches with the app to asking questions, the customer support team has always been helpful, responsive and approachable. It’s also great to see that they genuinely take user feedback on board and have already made changes to improve the app and make it more user-friendly.
I’ve found making purchases straightforward and easy, and I’ve also recently had my first sale, which has been a great experience.
With the excellent customer support and the fact that the team is actively listening to its users and improving the platform, I’m sure Bidzzy has a lot of potential to grow and become a five-star marketplace.
