Hands down the most honest platform in crypto! I made a payment on the wrong network and was sure my money was lost. To my surprise, their co-founder contacted me directly and offered a refund. Unbelievable service!
WOOOHOOO!!!! Just spent around $3000 on various gift cards (Visa and direct company-branded etc). I was using a fast blockchain token (seconds for a block), and they all showed up in less than 2 minutes, via email. Some direct emails don't even come that quick...insane. I appeared that I was paying around 1%-2% extra. I think on the Visa for $999 was only an extra $4.
I’ve used Bidali several times without any problems, but this time was different. I bought a Visa gift card and kept getting an error on the redemption page. I reached out for help and was actually in direct contact with one of the co-founders, which I appreciated.
Despite being issued a replacement card, the same error occurred. They refunded the amount to my Bidali account and advised me to try purchasing again. When that didn’t work either, they agreed to refund the amount to my crypto wallet—as originally promised.
While I do appreciate the effort and direct communication, it still took almost a month and several follow-ups before the issue was fully resolved. The support was helpful, but the process could definitely be faster and more efficient.
I have spent over $10,000 on gift cards through Bidali, and everything went smoothly until now. However, things took a turn for the worse on August 28th. I deposited $3,000 worth of cryptocurrency into my account, but the balance never showed up. When I tried to log in again, I found that my account was locked due to an incorrect password error. I’ve sent two emails to their support team, and it’s been 40 hours without any response. Their customer service efficiency is nearly zero. I’ve lost a significant amount of money and am still waiting for a resolution. This is why I’m giving the lowest rating possible. I sincerely hope that someone from their support team will contact me directly to resolve this issue.

Sorry you felt that way. Our prices and exchange rates are clearly stated up front during the whole check out process. While we strive to keep costs at par (or cheaper) than the face value of all our gift cards in some countries and currencies this is just not possible because brands mark up the cards and/or exchange rates are poor. Your best bet is to purchase USD denominated cards for the best rates.
First I tested with a £25 Amazon gift card, to see if the service was legit or not. It worked and got the code within 5 mins. I paid with Litecoin so the fee was like 30p and the transaction was near instant.
Following the successful test, I then transferred £1400 of litecoin to their app, and bought a lastminute.com gift card with it, which I then used to pay for a week long holiday.
The entire process from start to finish is extremely fast and simple. Just make sure to pay with LTC otherwise you’d be paying higher fees and waiting much longer for the transaction to go through.
Absolutely no issues, just don’t forget to cover the exchange fees! I forgot this the second time and had to then pay the remaining balance, and surprisingly it was automatically added and the transaction went through. Balance in the Bidali app instantly.
I’m definitely going to be using regularly.
Was Looking for a place to buy An Amazon gift card with Ethereum. This service worked great and was super convenient. Will definitely use it when I need to!
