So easy from start to finish
So easy from start to finish. Completed the online quote application and I was contacted within 15 minutes of me submitting it and entire process was completed within 10 minutes of the call starting. Adam was direct and very helpful when answering the many questions I asked. After receiving a very competitive quote and the professional approach from Adam, it was a no brainier to switch providers.

Fee was increased later in the day after initially accepting a price
Initially I was offered a very reasonable insurance fee which drew me to take on the insurance policy...
Unfortunately I had a call back later to inform me that I was undercharged...
Fortunately the fee was still better than my previous insurers offer, but just disappointed that a mistake was made in the first place...

Great service
BG always deliver on price which, to be fair, is a big consideration now. Their customer service team are always very friendly & efficient & do their utmost to get the most appropriate product for you at the best price. I've been with them for several years now & would recommend them to any ADI.

First time in three years I struggled even to get through to most of the day to speak to an agent. Another years NCB however my renewal went up 30%
Unfortunately may have to shop around next year. On a Positive staff always polite but feel let down on Price.
