Speedy delivery

I have always loved the flip clocks ever since they came out. I finally got one, and 4 months after purchase the numbers started falling out. The clock was purchased from another online store, not direct from Betus. I was upset that my clock no longer functioned correctly. I found the Betus website, and not ONLY did they have the entire roll of numbers in white like I needed, but also in black. I bought a set of each, 1 white hour, 1 black hour, 1 white minutes and 1 black minutes roll. Betus really came through with their pricing as well, AND... I got the parts I needed in less than a week!
If you need parts for your clock, THIS is the place to go! Don't waste your time or money going somewhere else.

I sent BetUs $1000 almost 2 decades ago. That's right almost 20 years ago.
I have tried many times to recover even a fraction of my money by meeting every single requirment they requested before they will consider a withdrawl. But every time they introduce a new rule and additional requirements. There's a reason they don't publish their address. The owners live in Florida. They are a small group of individuals with zero morality.

Product came broken. Haven't heard from them yet.

I ordered a Retro Flip Clock and when I opened the box it was filled with bags of scissors from China. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.
I give them 3 stars though for responding to my emails and fully crediting my money back to me. So sad for this situation, as they have really cute things on their website, but I am now leery of ordering anything from them again.

I ordered light bulbs for my Himalayan lamp and received them in four days. Very happy with purchase.

I still have not receive it but so far, so good.

My order was timely and packaged very well. Everything arrived safe and sound.

Product came in good time but had the American 2 vertical pin type plug instead of the Aussie 3 pin plug. Extra cost to buy an adaptor. Blew the first globe I used as soon as power turned on. I do not like the dimmer control. Since the first try and subsequent tries the lamps wont work. Very disappointed!
