After a disappointing start with the delivery of my item where delivery was not met, Vicky from Betty and Bertie contacted me to assure me that my item was on a van and scheduled for delivery the next day. I was offered either a full refund or to give the delivery company another chance. I chose the latter and my item arrived. My husband was absolutely thrilled with his surprise of a Lupin scooter. I can’t thank the company enough for their sincere and empathetic support of my husband’s current health situation. I recommend this company to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again. Vickie made my husband and I very welcome and she showed us the Axis scooter that I was interested in, also an alternative (Lupin). She demonstrated the opening/closing of both machines and allowed me to try them out in the car park. I was very impressed with the service and the would definitely recommend Betty and Bertie to anyone else looking to buy a mobility scooter.

Friendly people who let me make my mind up

Bettie and Bertie were extremely good and helpful and dealt with my order quickly and efficiently and gave me a quick delivery date. However FedEx who were the delivery company were not good. They did not deliver when advised, they gave differing delivery times and dates and were 24 hours delayed when they eventually delivered even when I told them when I was available and the importance of my waiting for the delivery as I am disabled and needed the hoist to get my scooter in and out of my car. I received no apology from FedEx but B and B were very good.

Scooter sold to me not fit for purpose. 3 faults when less than 16 months old and just out of warranty. Customer service promised to phone back 3 times. But I was left stranded with a faulty scooter and no call back
