As with all online casinos there will be a large amount of people just hacked off because of a loss, I can honestly say I have no issues with this site whatsoever, all casinos need documents and will need to be verified etc, so if you don't want the hassle of going through this if you've reached a cashout stage, do all your documents first and get them verified ready for when you get lucky. I have withdrawn from this site 6-7 times with no issue and always processed within the 48hrs stated but as mentioned if your documents aren't up together then of course it will take longer. never spoke with support as have had no need to so can't comment there , but emails are clear and to the point regards what is required to verify your account , so moral of the story to get your withdrawals processed within 48hrs get your documents done.

Sneaky Company, Do not use. They let you deposit just fine, with no mention of a minimum withdrawal limit on the sign up process. However once you've deposited, played, and go to withdraw you'll find that the minumum withdrawal is 100 euros. and the only way to withdraw is to deposit and play through that amount. Very good, I’m on gamstop and have tried many, this one I ensured I fully verified everything. I love the fact you can do all the cool shot like feature spins and auto play.
