Their terms and conditions are written in a way that a genius wouldn’t understand them, if you withdraw money from a bonus over €100 they confiscate it except from the €100, that’s why the terms and conditions are written in such an appalling way, or people fall victim to their trap. I've genuinely never had any problems…
I've genuinely never had any problems with this site until the last couple of days when it just wouldn't load and like most of you I also had a withdrawal awaiting approval. I even emailed support and that bounced back as it no longer exists.
But if you change the address to betti1.com you can log in and everything is the same as it was previously, my withdrawal is still awaiting approval of course but at least its still there. I've just spoken to the live chat who confirmed the new domain name is Betti1.com

Disappointed. I won £1400, I withdrew my winnings, it was awaiting approval. I tried to log in to check the progress last night and now apparently the server cannot be found. It’s the like website no longer exists. Pretty gutted I’m no longer going to receive my winnings. If anyone has any ideas on what’s happened I’d love to know :(

Excellent withdrawals
I’ve been burnt by non-GameStop casinos before so I was sceptical when I won €2000.
The document request were sent within 24 hours and approved straight away. The withdrawal was reversed then so I had to resubmit.
Payment was processed within 48 hours and the money in my account 4 hours later.
Like I said I’ve used some bad online casinos before but I can’t fault this at all.
