Helped me in an unfortunate situation
I ordered a laptop battery for an old (obsolete) netbook. When the battery arrived, it didn't fit properly (I imagine that the model has since been superceded). I contacted Better Batt regarding returning the battery as it was unsuitable. Not only did they agree to provide me with a full refund, but they also paid for a prepaid postage label to make the return easier. I wasn't expecting this as none of the problem was their fault, it was just an unfortunate result that the battery didn't fit and the one I needed wasn't stocked any more. Full marks for integrity, Full marks for customer service, Full marks for being good people. Even though I didn't end up with the product I wanted, I can't speak highly enough of the way Better Batt conduct their online business.

Clean the battery connection
delivery of the new battery was as fast as possible, when it wouldn't charge I contacted Better Batt who advised me that the connection to the phone from the battery may be faulty, I cleaned the connection with metho, all good.

Superb customer service!
These folks provide A-grade customer service. I had an issue with a laptop battery I ordered, and they resolved it for me via email and sent me a replacement battery. All of this with no delays and hestitation and with complete courtesy and a desire to get to a resolution. It's been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Ordering a 3DS battery
I ordered a 3ds replacement battery over a month ago. It said next day shipment on the site and I was a little confused when it hadn't been shipped a week later. Contacted support and the number on the site. They informed me that it was on back order and would take around 20 days. Initially I thought it was a scam due to conflicting info, BUT, I spoke with someone at the office and had a support member email me updates and it has all been resolved. And I should hopefully receive my order next week. Thank you for working with me to keep me informed. Much appreciated!
Update: was received in perfect working order!

The best place to go for batteries.
The web site is easy to navigate and order. The warehouse is quick to send out your order. The staff offer fast and friendly after sales service. Every other customer based company should take note - this is how it's done.

Rapid response with zero hassle
I placed an order with Better Batt for a new laptop battery on Saturday, then on Sunday realized that there were additional problems with the computer that rendered it not worth fixing. I emailed Better Batt and explained the problem and cancelled the order. By 9.15am Monday I had an email from Sunshine at Better Batt advising me that the cancellation was in progress, and by 9.30am I had confirmation that the credit card refund had been processed. You can't ask for better service than that!

Hi Stephen,
Your order # 50482613 was placed on the 12th of April and was packed in our warehouse the following day.
It would have normally been packed the same day if it were not for the fact that we were still catching up on the backlog after Easter.
I can see from the tracking that it still showed scans in transit in Melbourne 4 days later before being delivered to you in QLD on the 21st.
This delivery time is longer than we would have normally expected, it looks like the courier was also playing catch up after the Easter break.
Please accept our apologies that you had to wait longer than expected.
Mixup Corrected
Problem with mixup of delivery was identified and resolved quickly and errors corrected.

Shine made our experience so easy. We had to return batteries we had wrongly ordered, and she organised the return of the batteries and ordered us the correct ones and sent them to us. She kept us informed as to when to expect the delivery.

Hopelessly slow service
Ordered 2 batteries on 26 January, it's now 4 March and finally, they are on the way.... More than 5 weeks later. That is not good service!
