Would just like to say, I am very pleased with the replacement laptop battery I purchased from Better Batt recently.
It outperforms the original Dell unit from when it was brand new, so very happy with the purchase...

First class service from this business. Excellent follow up. Definitely recommended.

I contacted Better Batt as i had made an error with my online order.
A quick ph call was all that was required & my issue was resolved.
Very professional and prompt service to rectify my error.
Their on line web page was easy to navigate as well as having warnings in certain batteries that couldn’t be used in certain electronics. The batteries I purchased were compatible with my cameras.
I have purchased before & will do so again from Better Batt.

Terrible service after waiting for a week I didnt receive my computer battery , just the fake HP ink cartridge. Which I bought for free shipment of total parcel. Agent then says in fine print it says backorder for two month time in August. I ask them what can be done to expedite the process and next thing I get an email they cancelled the battery part of the order . Really unprofessional

When I needed to return my order, completely owing to my mistake, I was treated, politely and efficiently and the money reimbursed as soon as possible.
Great to deal with.

I bought the wrong battery recently. When I received it and saw my mistake i contacted Better Batt. There was no problem in getting a refund, which I have now received.
Really good after sales service.

I received a faulty battery for my laptop, the help desk listened, gave me some instructions and resolved the issue quickly and fairly. Replacement battery was sent out promptly.

I made an order then realised I needed additional items. I called and my first order was cancelled and I placed a second order. My first payment was refunded promptly and my second correct order arrived within a few days. All round great service!

I ordered two items. One arrived. I sent one email to inquire, received a prompt reply and now have Australia Post tracking information. All good. Quick and efficient.

When they saw it was a manufacturer issue they refunded with no issue

Batt gave me an alternative source and it was simple as ABC. Really appreciated them giving me an alternative source rather than a fob off (which would normally be the case). Elcana was great to deal with when I had a faulty battery. She made the whole return process very simple and took ownership of my issue. I never felt in the dark at any point.

Issues will happen but what's important is how companies deal with them. In this case Elcana and Better Batt did a great job.

I would have no issues buying again from Better Batt.

Great responsive and quick service. I was impressed with the returns service as I ordered the wrong product, quick and fair. They even provided a referral to an alternative supplier with the correct part in stock.

My product bought from Better Batt was jammed into my letter box damaging the product, After copying the Delivery Services websites Damaged Goods Procedure and sending it to Better Batt Team along with photos of the damaged product, the Better Batt team got onto my case pretty much straight away via Email. Unfortunately, had to wait for my replacement product to arrive but, Can only say Excellent service from Better Batt
