Safety is something we take very seriously. All of our inflatables meet current UK safety standards and are thoroughly cleaned, checked, and prepared before every hire. We take the time to set everything up properly, making sure it’s secure and safe so you can relax and enjoy the day. On the day of your event, we’ll arrive on time, set everything up for you, and make sure it’s ready to go before we leave. Then once your event is finished, we come back and pack everything away — simple and stress-free. Being local to Wakefield means we understand the area, and we’re always just a phone call away if you need us. A lot of our bookings come from repeat customers and word of mouth, which means everything to us as a family business. Unacceptable

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a bouncy castle with slide… send over the picture of the castle I wanted to order and specifically asked to make it exactly like in the picture and only change the color of the step.
Bouncy castle got delivered and been sitting on the pallet in my wee shed as I don’t have a unit or space to blow it up.
At my first time blowing the castle up at a kids party. The castle was not close to what I had ordered.
Even tho it was 2 weeks after (which is in plenty of time legally spoken) I emailed to get this rectified.
Company is not willing to admit their mistake or do anything about it without me having to take a hit for it.

Extremely bad customer service!!!

Well we’re do I start as a first time buyer the staff at better bounce helped me in every way could what was best for me to buy and not to wasn’t pushed in to buying any thing I didn’t want to was lovely all round and help full defo be buying more from them prices great to keep up the great friendly working team you have

Outstanding Mats - New GO TO Supplier!

Purchased some mats, have used other suppliers and can only say these mats hands down are THE BEST.

Been in the game 20+ years now, and whilst some suppliers come out on top with other things, the mats supplied by Better Bounce are by far the more superior
