I placed two orders with Betopper in May and June via their website, which provides comprehensive product information. Delivery was fast—taking about seven days. The products are of excellent quality: the LPC1818 LED PAR, LM0740 Wash, CLB260 Beam, and LF4808 Strobe.

I used an all-Betopper lighting setup for my first event—a gathering of 400 people in an 800m² venue.
The beams and wash lights performed beautifully, with smooth, rapid movement. The LED PARs illuminated the entire room, arranged in clusters of six on lighting totems—creating a guaranteed "wow" factor. Finally, the strobes delivered plenty of power.

In short: Betopper offers quality products at a great price. Their support is also efficient; they respond quickly to any questions.

Après plusieurs essais, je suis vraiment satisfait de la Betopper LM1915P. Les mouvements sont très fluides et précis, ce qui permet d’obtenir un rendu vraiment professionnel, aussi bien sur des déplacements lents que rapides.

Les couleurs sont vives, intenses et bien définies, avec un excellent rendu qui met immédiatement l’ambiance. La puissance est au rendez-vous et les différents effets offrent de nombreuses possibilités pour s’adapter à tous types d’événements.

Une très belle surprise qui propose un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Une lyre que je recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent un éclairage performant, fiable et visuellement impressionnant.

Hello, The Dmx240 console I received doesn't work—it's impossible to save scenes—and it arrived with a bent edge. It's a shame, as I had been satisfied with the four LB150s up until now.

Housing was cracked and dented in both units, but the fixtures work though.

After I posted my initial review, the company contacted me and reviewed my case. They offered to send two brand-new replacement units, and they said I do not need to return the damaged ones. They also explained that they are improving their packaging process and working with more reliable logistics partners to help prevent this from happening again.

While the original delivery was disappointing, I appreciate that they followed up after my review and offered a fair solution. Their customer service response has been helpful, and I’m satisfied with the final resolution.

Ich habe zwei bewegte LED Bars 1015 von Betopper bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Geräte waren gut verpackt.

Beim Auspacken stellte ich leider fest, dass eine der beiden LED Bars einen Defekt hatte. Nach einer kurzen Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice wurde mein Anliegen jedoch schnell und unkompliziert bearbeitet. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich, professionell und die Antworten kamen immer zeitnah. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit erhielt ich ein Ersatzgerät.

Ein Defekt kann bei jedem Hersteller einmal vorkommen – entscheidend ist, wie damit umgegangen wird. In diesem Fall hat Betopper gezeigt, dass ihnen die Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden wichtig ist. Deshalb kann ich die Marke Betopper und den Kundenservice guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

I bought two CLB260-O 9R. The small fixture cuts through haze and is able to compete effortless with the 700 watt short arc lamps in my set. In addition to its limited size it is valuable tool.

There was one issue hss the dimming of the two lamps was not identical. Reported this to Betopper. They requested to provide a video of the issue. After I have send it to them it took a few days to get a solution, but they kept me well informed about the progress. They send me an instruction video that was created by the tech department with very clear instructions. I was able to resolve the issue myself and now everything is perfect.
