Not Fade Away Band needed additional lights for our rig and after much research we decided to go with Betopper. When the lights arrived, one had been damaged during shipment. Being that we are a US based band, nerves set in. To our delight the communication with Betopper support was top notch. They responded quickly and got a new light shipped out right away. These are the interactions that build trust and brand loyalty. Our Betopper lights are great and we look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

The lights are well built, very bright, and produce excellent lighting effects. The strobe effect is powerful, the build quality feels solid, and they are easy to set up and use. They are a great choice for DJs, live events, parties, and small to medium-sized venues.

What impressed me the most was the professionalism and responsiveness of the support team. They were always polite, quick to reply, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent customer experience.

I own a few Betopper lights already and I have been VERY impressed with them. I used to only get the top name brands thinking that was the only way to get a good quality light. I've found with Betopper that's not true. I suspect they'll be making their way to the top also. I have the LM1915R and LM1915P lights from Betopper and they are just as good if not better in some areas than the "big" names. They have so many great features and are bright and light enough to cover big and small gigs. My items come in a very reasonable timely manner. They're double boxed so I've never had damage. 2 thumbs up and five stars.

I'm always a bit reluctant to leave reviews on newly purchased equipment, however I've been a Betopper customer for a number of years now and I feel I'm now in a very good position to review their gear having used it for a long period of time.

I own quite a few of their products (including LPC1818, L1015, BSW200, LF4808 & LM1915P). During this time their fixtures have played an integral part in our light shows at events, in clubs, bars and at private parties week in, week out.

Betopper have become our supplier of choice when it comes to stage lighting. The build quality is very good and their fixtures have stood the test of time being used on a regular basis at many gigs over the past few years.

We use our fixtures with a Wolfmix W1 Mk2 lighting controller, they are very easy to setup and I've found lighting profiles have been avvailable for all of the products we've purchased from day one. This works especially well for us as DJs as once setup you can leave the lights to do their thing and concentrate on the music, but you also have the flexibility to change things on the fly should you need to.

I've always found Betopper's customer service to be excellent, they go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy, answer questions quickly, they listen and take on board feedback from their customers.

Delivery times to the UK have been fast and efficient and the value for money their products offer is second to none.

Como Dj de Eventos, gosto de ter material a nivel de lizes com impacto, ou seja que dê boa luz, façam o efeito desejado e preincipalmente que não sejam muito caras, pois eu vou comprando sempre material novo e vendendo o que já não uso com muita frequência. Já tenho da Betopper as seguintes referências de luzes: 4xLB150; 2xLB295; 2xLPC1818; 2xLPC1218 e agora encomendei mais 2xLB150 e 2xLF4808, até agora só tenho a agradecer o bom material que produzem e nos oferecem para os nossos eventos. Só tenho a lamentar nos 2xLPC1818 trazerem tantos cabos ligados e agora já tem sem cabos, por isso só usei uma vez os meus, mas dão uma luz espectacular, se soubesse teria aguardado para os mais recentes sem cabos, mas nada a apontar até agora a nivel de qualidade e a nivel do apoio ao cliente são muito prestáveis e responde rápido. Irei continuar a ter preferência pela Betopper. Obrigado

Good looking lights at a great price. I've bought 18 lights from them, 8xLM120, 4xLM0740, 6xLM1915R. Their warranty service is great. I had one of my 1915s have a ring of LEDs fail, in a matter of days they had a new one shipped out to me.

J'avais quelques peurs avant de passer commande et pourtant, ce fut un réelle plaisir en finalité. Colis reçu en temps et en heure (voir, plus rapidement que prévue), qualité du produit bien suppérieur a ce que j'attendais et rendue impréssionnant. Le site es clair, simple et propose quasi tous le temps des promo a ne pas rater. Le SAV es la avant, pendant et apres commande Et s'éfforce a répondre en Français si besoin. Franchement, je conseil ce site avec grand plaisir

Recently have been using the new Betopper 1915P and I am extremely impressed. The light worked seamlessly with my setup and was easy to program via DMX. I am running the 30 channel model and just scratching the service. Look forward to integrating this into my show and definitely picking up a second one.

I have been using DMX movers for years and this light gets the job done. However, when I originally unboxed it, it seemed to have been used before. There was wear and tear on the light itself it seemed. Then when I plugged it in and tried to power it on, it wouldn't turn on. After troubleshooting I realized the cord they included as faulty and I used another one of my own and it worked fine. The light looks great when it's on auto mode but unfortunately the light is not in soundswitch which immediately is a turn off for me. You can manually add a light with all the parameters but that would take hours. So I have to rate it 3 stars for all the issues.

I’ve been using the Betopper LM0740, LB150, and LPC120, and all three have been amazing. Great build quality, bright output, and excellent performance for the price. They’ve exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be buying more Betopper fixtures in the future. Highly recommended!

Le rapport qualité/prix de cette lyre est incroyablement surprenant. Les fonctions sont claires et le pilotage en dmx est intuitif. J'aurais aimé un Tilt + important, mais comme on me l'a offert j'en suis très satisfait.
