I played a game Raging Rex 2 extensively for long term play. When I got enough scatters to achieve the bonus, the game was shut down during the bonus round. I was winning over $3000 with many spins left. I was finally receiving my rtp % from the game when all of the sudden the game shuts down. I’ve played for many years and this game shut down in a different way than if it was just an error from the actual game. If that was the case then when I re entered the game it would’ve continued from my previous session. This was not the case. The game was gone “poof” as if i never received the bonus round and my account balance had no change. It wasn’t in the games history either. This clearly looked like BETMGM ONTARIO shut the game down themselves and was later confirmed via chat and phone call with a supervisor. I have screenshots of their reps confirming my unfinished game and was advised I would receive action from their appropriate team and receive a response within 24-48hrs. I was very patient and waited weeks before contacting them again via chat. When I reached out again, all of the sudden the BETMGM representative advised that said unfinished game never existed. I called and finally got to speak with a supervisor in New Jersey USA as my previous calls I ended up in a call center located in Manila of which I was hung up on 6 times, transferred to random voice mails of people with whom don’t even work for the organization. Was a strange experience. The supervisor confirmed the unfinished game existed but BETMGM closed it out to do a check of the game was working fine apparently. This makes no sense as right after the game closed I was still able to access the game and wager money immediately? If the game truly was closed for a maintenance check or whatever then it shouldn’t have been accessible still and accepting bets. Nothing was wrong with the game. BETMGM just didn’t want to pay out the winnings which I must assume would be well over $3000. The representative advised they credited my $1 wager back to my account of which I wagered to receive the bonus. I advised this is unacceptable and illegal behaviour and at this point I will have to further my complaint to the gaming commission as the supervisor informed me they would escalate the issue and I’d have a response within 48hrs. Again they are ghosting me. I would advise to avoid this company at all costs. Potential illegal operations.

Absolute worst!!! Got a promotional offer for a deposit match, I played and won. I met their betting requirements and was informed that the money was mine. Attempted to withdraw. They sent the email to the wrong address, after contacting them and working with Customer Service the withdrawal was cancelled. I had to wait 48 hours before I could try it again. Again they sent the withdrawal email to the wrong address and again after chatting with customer service they cancelled the withdrawal. This time, I was told that I would receive an email when the the issue was resolved, of course, it never came. BET MGM does not pay out. They have no problem accepting your money, but when it comes time to a withdrawal, you can’t get your money out. Wasted days calling in with no results. I called, the rep said they’re gonna send me a check, when I asked for confirmation email of that check being sent miraculously they weren’t able to email me. I told the lady I’ll stay on the line until I receive the email and she hung up on me. I called back, the next rep told me they don’t issue checks and that I would have to use PayPal or another means to make another deposit before I could withdraw. Again, I was hung up on, Upon calling back, the new rep said yes we do issue cheques, But still not able to email me with a confirmation of such action. Players beware. I am not the only person that this has happened to, quite a few other people are having the same issues with them. Where is the class action lawsuit on BetMGM?

Great site great customer service I made a deposit 2 years ago for 50 and after a few hours I withdrew 46k yes 46000 now since then I have monthly withdrawals around 2 to 6k but nothing like the one few years ago I like them cause they have good account limits and the withdrawals take about 30m to hit my bank account no funny business when I win I see the reviews are low but it could be the games there playing who knows.
