Communication was great and bobblehead looks great. I wish I could have sent more photos to describe the person. I was just allowed to upload one photo so I couldn't get the clothing in that I wanted. They did a great job on the bobblehead and the face and head look just like the person. They were great at sending me photos of their progress and I was able to put more input into making the eyes more green or teeth a little different. I thought that was awesome that they cared to make sure they were getting it right. I just wished I could have had input on the outfit by sending in another photo.

Perfect the product has been delivred after time but the resulkt is goog

I couldn’t be more pleased with my bobblehead!!! They went above and beyond my expectations to give me a great product. Every step of the way was done with such great communication to make sure I was pleased and satisfied with every aspect of this amazing project. It was a gift and it was so realistic it brought tears to her eyes. Thank you so much!!! Wonderful people to work with. They truly care to get everything right.

Money thrown away doesn't look anything like they don't sell what they advertise don't buy

Easy steps to revive an excellent product! Very happy with it.

I was overwhelmed by the attention to detail given. The product comparison to the picture sent was beyond my expectations. You captured my moment beyond words. I did not expect the level of expertise given. I would recommend to anyone considering this to go for it. Satisfaction guaranteed.

This company is the best! Excellent customer service, and out of this world craftsmanship!! My questions and concerns were dealt with almost immediately , My daughter said the bobble head I got for her bf was EERIE, as it looked identical to him!!!

Such creative people made a very personalized gift. Great communication back and forth.

Wonderful communications, great quality, and fast shipping. Even from overseas.

Bestfacegift was extremely responsive on email, they took my suggestions into consideration and produced an INCREDIBLE likeness of my friend for his 60th birthday bobble head. I can't recommend this company enough, it came when it said it would, the gift box is lovely, and I'm very pleased with the final product. I would absolutely use them again.

Molto bello. Sarà sicuramente apprezzato come regalo di Natale.

I ordered 3 custom bobbleheads for Christmas gifts this year. One of my son, one of my daughter and one of my hubby with our dog. I am absolutely over the moon with all three of them. All three were all custom designs with specific clothing and features and they were all completed perfectly! The likeness is unbelievable. They were completed promptly, extremely well packaged and all came in perfect condition and the customer service was excellent. So so happy and would definitely recommend to all.

The bobble head came in excellent time and my request were made exactly as I asked. High quality mold and material. I am satisfied with my likeness.
