The installation of our air source heat pump was completed very well without any problems.
There was a long time, about 6 months, taken to get the £7500 BUS subsidy but this was due to OFGEM making things as difficult as possible.
Apart from the paperwork needed to achieve this there was a lack of other paperwork required to deal with testing the pump and taking and noting various readings needed to acquiring warranties and insuring the Midea pump and Best Energy guaranteeing their work. Some of this work is still incomplete.
The heat pump appears to be working OK and has started up after being inactive over the summer.

Dennis, Alan and the team were excellent. Best Energy were an absolute pleasure to work with. Having been quoted some extortionate rates by other fitters in the area, Dennis visited us and quickly booked us in to remove an old 1970s oil heating system and replaced with a new gas connection and combi boiler. Alan and the team did a very neat, tidy and clean job with no hassle. Really nice guys all the way through the process. I wouldn't normally write such a glowing review if these guys weren't legit and trustworthy installers, I felt I wanted to promote how great a service they offer.

The team installed my air source heat pump in 2021 so I have had more than 2 years and 2 winters using it. It’s great - economical, quiet and so far trouble-free. Dennis, Alan and Bugs were a great team, always there to advise and reassure and did an expert professional installation.

Dennis explained what we needed and listened to us as to what we wanted out of the new system that was replacing a gas tank. Alan and his team did a great job of installing our Air Source Heat Pump. The work was done to a high professional standard, including the installation of our new radiators. The whole team was polite, welcoming and we are very pleased with our new heating system.

Best Energy installed an Air Source Heat pump to our house. They were brilliant. It was a tricky installation to remove the micro-bore pipes and put in all new larger pipes. The costs were transparent. They ensured that we were never without water or electricity every evening, this is despite replacing the hot water tank. The system is working well and is super quiet. Could not be happier with the whole process.
