RW Bell team installed Air-Sourced Heat Pump. Team was professional, on-time, cleared up after themselves. Can't think of anything they need to improve on.

Once again called on RW Bell to increase the number of panels for our current Solar array.
The team arrived bright & early with little fuss or bother. Each member knew what was to be done and by mid afternoon the job was done and with the exception of the 3 new panels on the small roof you wouldn’t have know they had been, everything was clean and tidy & the system is working well.

When I decided to have a solar install and after doing my research into installers RW Bell have been a pleasure to work with. From the first time I walked into their showroom in Inverness they have taken them time to engage with this project in an open and constructive manor. The initial visit to my home by an electrical engineer to assess the potential installation was professional and also took full consideration of my prefered routing suggestions for cabling. The installation team were highly professional and discrete, engaging with me during the process to ensure a smooth install. Post installation the minor snagging to be expected with such a project was handled again with professionalism and speed. I am delighted with my solar installation and the high quality of the installation. I can strongly recommend RW Bell for your Solar installation!

I am really happy with the whole experience of getting solar panels installed by R W Bell Green Energy. From the straightforward site visit to the office staff who were friendly and always quick to get back to me if I had any questions—this made the process easy to understand and stress-free.

Had a ASHP installed including a total refit of all the pipework and large Solar system with battery storage installed by RW Bell and can't recommend them enough. After a lot of research my wife and I decided to go ahead with a second set of solar panels coupled with battery backup. We live rurally and have regular, short but inconvenient power outages.
We had decided on Tesla Powerwall 3 but had no idea who to contact about it when lo and behold a flier from RW Bell came through the door. Well I have never been so grateful I didn’t throw that flier out.
From start to finish they were a great business to deal with.
Both on the admin and the installation they were 5*.
Everything went smoothly, even when I changed my mind about where to site the battery on the day of installation it was not a problem.
The install team were incredibly friendly and considerate of our property .
Would recommend RW Bell to any of our friends and indeed have already done so.
Looking forward to having them back soon to add an expansion pack to the battery to increase the capacity further.
The Tesla system is working superbly. Electricity usage down considerably and as the days get longer that will only get better.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. My initial enquiry was over a year ago, but when called for updated quote, they didn't do the usual for companies and increase the quote, they revised in-line with product costs and passed that saving back to me.
From acceptance, the team were on-site within 2 weeks and the service provided by the team was outstanding. Respected my home and genuinely wouldn't know they had been here at all by the time they were finished. The office staff have also been great and on hand to ensure that all applications are being processed to ensure that once i am ready to export, i am able.
Already seeing to difference with my battery storage and look forward to getting full use of the system once the sunny days arrive.

Great Service and installation
Right from the survey to the end of the installation service was excellent.

Options were discussed in an informative, helpful way. A few weeks after agreeing to the quote the team arrived to start the installation. Disruption to the house was kept to an absolute minimum. Cables were routed with no fuss and well hidden, trunking put up where required.

18 solar panels installed along with a Tesla Powerwall 3 with whole home back-up.

The installation was all done in a few days, and I was kept up to date as things progressed. Everything was left tidy and all swept up and removed.

I had already downloaded the Tesla App but got great help in configuring it for my needs.

Once all done, the payment process is online and easy to do.

Recently had a battery installed, linked to our existing solar panels. We cannot fault the Company from the initial visit by a Director, the office staff for the admin involved to Fraser and his installing team. They were all very friendly and efficient. Fraser's team were very tidy. Fraser set up the Tesla App and fully explained what it can do. We will not go past RW Bell if / when we want to expand our system. IainD
