My husband and I bought this engagement ring to replace my mother's diamond that I lost - which was a diamond from the 1950s with zero imperfections - a hard thing to replace for both sentiment and value. BUT - this ring is everything I have ever wanted. It needed a bit of modifications, which were taken care of with ease and care (thank you SO much)! If you are hesitating for any reason - don't wait! You'll be happier than you ever thought you could be!

I ordered a ring that looked beautiful online but when I received it, it looked extremely cheap. So I started a return request the same day as the delivery. I was told that someone would contact me within 24 hrs to begin the process. A man by the name Paul contacted me but attempted to convince me to keep the ring instead, I replied shortly after receiving that email and told him no thank you I’d like to proceed with the return. After that I didn’t not hear from anyone for over a week. I finally called and was able to reach someone after a few tries. I was then emailed with instructions on how to return the ring. I followed all steps accordingly and was told that I would receive a return with in a week after the ring reached their office. A month went by and NOTHING! So again I had to call and call. Finally the second day I reached someone and miraculously the refund was issued the next day. Which means they could have done that all along! The whole hassle free rerun policy is everything but hassle free!
