Mary, and a couple of other associates at Best Brilliance were phenomenal. Mary took the time to find just the right ring for my wife. And when it didn’t work out with my wife, Mary was extremely diligent and empathetic in helping me with the return process. If I ever buy again, it will be through BB. Absolutely gorgeous rings and great service!
I ordered both an engagement ring and a wedding band from Best Brilliance, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I had a pretty urgent timeline (less than one month), and their team made sure the rings arrived on time, which I truly appreciated.
The rings are absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship and sparkle exceeded my expectations, and everything arrived exactly as promised.
My only recommendation would be regarding the website chat feature. I experienced some difficulty replying to the representative, and it seems there may be a small technical issue with the chat system that prevented me from replying back. Aside from that, the overall experience was excellent.
I would absolutely recommend BestBrilliance to anyone looking for stunning rings, reliable service, and affordable prices, especially when timing matters.

Customer service is excellent! My engagement ring that me and my fiancée chose is absolutely gorgeous! At first when we were shopping, I was a little nervous ordering a ring online… but once it arrived we both were pleased with the ring! Shipping was excellent! Arrived right on time! If I knew how to post a pic of my ring I would! It’s absolutely gorgeous, I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it.

We were looking at rings at regular Jewelery stores, but couldn’t find the right fit. We tried a few online stores, but didn’t trust the process based on reviews. The center stone (2.0 ct lab-grown diamond) was provided with a valid IGI certificate, which is standard and correct. In multi-stone rings, certification applies to the main stone only; side stones and pavé lab-grown diamonds are not individually certified.
Following your call with our team, we prepared and sent you written documentation confirming the total carat weight of the ring, specifically to support insurance needs. This documentation was delivered as requested.
At no point was there a discrepancy between what was advertised, what was delivered, or what was documented. The information provided aligns with standard industry practice and with the details presented at purchase.

Well .... To me the best brilliance web site and all seems a bit sketchy. Now that said We have bought two entirely different rings that each of us loves so far. Mine is a recent Mens gold ring and my Wife has a Moissanite ring she has had six months or so that she loves!
Quality seems good. I feel the ring I got was overpriced. I did willing go with it because it seemed the exact style I really wanted, so that's on me. It is cool, I like it, just what I wanted. (Caveat, I would have preferred 14k over 18k for strength, durability etc.)
So far so good!

i fell in love with two different…
i fell in love with two different rings. i did order both, one fast 6 day shipping and the other standard. they both came in on time. i was so so nervous because this was an online website, some reviews were questionable but i am so happy with both rings delivered. the only thing i would love to see on the website is more real life photos of them on a person. the ones generated feel AI or computer generated. overall, it was exactly what i was hoping for and i will without a doubt be buying more from this company
