Bespokeonly Omdömen 

I’ve ordered samples twice through the website and they weren’t sent out either time. I contacted the company by email about this and they apologised and said they would send out the samples. Weeks later, the samples hadn’t arrived so I contacted them again. They apologised again and said they had gone astray and would send them again. I have little hope they will arrive. From this experience and the reviews below I think something is wrong at the company. We ordered from them years ago when it was Blinds UK and all fine, but something has changed.

Ordered blinds on bespokeonly.co.uk. Payment was taken in full at time of order. No email of any kind received - no acknowledgement, no invoice, no receipt, no delivery date. Phone number is never answered. Appears to be a sham website. Sent message on their Contact page - no response after two days.

Company doesn’t answer the phone, and hasn’t responded to numerous emails chasing my blind order which is now 2 weeks overdue. Looking closer at them it looks like they don’t make anything themselves just farm out your order. Look elsewhere is my advice!

DO NOT US THIS COMPANY They took our money and confined our order then a week sent a rude email cancelling our order because they don’t deliver to our location but failed to refund us and have ignored all our emails and their phone is off the hook!
