If I could rate zero I would.
Dreadful company. Do not deal with them.
Received bag with faulty zip, even after viewing photos they still refused refund .
When I purchased bag it was £60 reduced to £34.90.
Now being advertised £50 reduced to £29.90 !!!
Free gift total rubbish, fit for bin no way has a value of £20. Very deceptive.
Bag selling on Temu £8 or £12 depending on seller.
Thankfully PayPal refunded me my money.

Do not use this company. Customer service is rude and will speak to you like a child ignored the fact why I want a refund and found the bag on temu and shein for £4. I did a charge back to my bank as they couldnt provide me return label or address and was told this was a bad move on my side. The bag was damaged and not the quality listed and claimed to be and I have never been spoken to like this by any other company if a problems arised

Terrible customer service. In order to obtain a refund you have to email them requesting an authorisation code. Then they request photos and/or video proving it is i original condition. Then after another wait got a reply telling me there will be a £15 handling fee deducted from my payment. There is no mention of this on their T&C so am now challenging it. The bag and so called gift valued at £20 are poor quality. I do not believe for one minute they are in Paris as my latest reply came at 1.00am GMT while they state they will reply 9-5.00 Paris time.
Do not buy from this company. If they fail to respond to my latest email I am going to request a refund from my credit card company.

Le Monceau beige orange trim. I absolutely love this bag it is small but so much space inside with two zipped external pockets one for phone other for car keys. Now I know where my two most hard to find items are kept. Inside I keep my purse and a hand held electric fan, spare shopping bags and the two end pockets handy for tissues. The crossbody strap is a godsend in these tricky times and love the small grab handles too. I’ve just ordered a second bag in black for the autumn/winter months. Personally I love the free gift as do my grandchildren and have mine clipped to my bag. I have nothing negative to say about this bag and am looking forward to receiving my next one.

Unbranded bag which is the exact same quality as a Temu version (I know as have compared with a colleague who bought the Temu version!). The “£20 free gift” is a keychain that is £2 on Temu/Shein. On contacting customer services, I was met with rude and demeaning responses. Do not buy from this brand!

DO NOT USE this company. I ordered the cross body bag & like others found it of poor quality fabric with the 'free present' some nasty plastic tat & would have put straight in the bin if I hadn't asked to return it for a refund...which they agreed to after a week of waiting only to confirm that they would deduct £15 from the refund. Poor quality, poor service & total waste of money.

I ordered the le monceau cross bag. On the site it looked very nice but when it arrived it looks very cheap and not worth the price of£34.90. Waste of money could not be bothered to return it. Anyone looking at this bag should think twice about purchasing not worth the money more like £15, definitely not £34.90!poor quality.

I bought a bag from Berthier Paris for £34.90 and was very disappointed in the quality when it arrived. The free gift which was supposed to be worth £20 was complete rubbish. I wrote to ask for ‘refund authorisation’, in line with their instructions for returning the item for a full refund. They were obstructive and unhelpful, but eventually I was offered a refund minus £15 for return postage and handling. What a rip-off! I will not be using this company again

missed my order details, CS from Berthierparis replied promptly and helped me locate my order. Haven't received it yet but I truely impressed by the quick response.

I bought a lovely bag which I have been using every day, and just bought a second one in a different colour.

The bag is well made, string but also light to carry. It holds a lot of stuff and has useful pockets. I really like it and I am happy with the whole experience.

I cannot fault either the bag nor the fantastic customer service! The bag is exactly as shown, fits far more than I expected and very comfy to wear. If I had to find any fault (or wish) it would be to make the cross body strap a little longer. Customer service - there was an issue of my own making - they resolved the issue and were so lovely about it too.

This is a cheap little bag which was not worth the 34.99 price tag and the free gift was rubbish. Complete tat.
I asked about returning and they wanted a video and reasons why I didn't want it. I couldn't be bothered.
I didn't want it because it was cheap looking rubbish. Probably worth about £5 at the most.
Don't fall for the reviews which say it's wonderful, it's not. Save your money and go to an actual shop. Lesson learnt.

I loved this bag from the moment it arrived. It is so versatile and spacious. The quality is great too.
The company was a pleasure to deal with and I was appreciative of the follow up emails making sure everything was OK.

The bags i ordered arrived on time and were better than expected for the price. They appear small but are surprisingly roomy, you can get a lot in without it feeling as though the stitching will rip.

Really nice bag, helpful and cheerful staff, great company.

Bought a bag from their Le Monceau Daily Bag range which was reduced from £60 to £29.90 with a free gift worth £20.00. When the bag finally arrived it was unbranded and with no labels attached, it looked like it had come from a Chinese market and the free gift was a load of tat. The refund policy is a nightmare to deal with. They offered me £15.00 for postage and admin fees which I had to pay for a full refund or keep the bag and receive a 30% refund. Do not waste your money with this company.

I’m giving Berthierparis a well deserved 5 stars rating for its Customer Service staff’s professionalism, efficiency, attentiveness, excellent communicator and friendliness towards their customers.

Bag was smaller than expected,berthier wanted me to pay £15 to return bag or have a 30 percent refund ,so if returning product good luck bag was only £30

I am thrilled with my Berthier Paris bag. I bought it for a trip to Egypt and it certainly has exceeded my expectations. I love the contrasting colour trim and the optional shoulder strap is so useful.
Although a compact-looking bag it has a great deal of space, with two external zip pockets and side pockets too. Communication from the company was excellent and the bag was beautifully packaged. Another purchase is definitely on the horizon as this is a trustworthy company I am pleased to say.
