I absolutely love this bag! It is so much good quality! It keeps all my daily stuff I need tidy, and I get a lot of comments on it. So to sum it up I love this bag

For my mum, the bag is strong, well-made and I think the price is entirely justified. The little gift was also a lovely touch. I also needed to contact customer service, who were very polite and responsive. As far as I’m concerned, I have no complaints.

I use Le Monceau bag every day ans, to be honest, it's one of m'y best buys. It's practical, durable ans a pleasure to use day in, day out. With thé current promotion, I'll definitly be getting two more in different colours.

I chose the Le Monceau model from Berthier and I don't regret it. It's very good quality, sturdy and practical for everyday use. The bad is really well made and meets my expectations perfectly.

The bags are overpriced don’t be fooled with the sale offer.
I wanted to return the 2 bags I purchased at a cost of £24 or a small discount if I kept them. They would not let me use my own courier to return them as I’m sure it would be much cheaper, they would not send the return address to me at times they were rude, I got PayPal involved to try and get the return address for me but couldn’t do anything as the items wasn’t faulty, they were polite while this was going on and now they don’t reply about my return request. I do not recommend this company at all on their website it says if you are happy return for a full refund

I have a red and a brown Monceau and love them both. There's a knack to the zips - I know what others mean, but they're not faulty. The Monceau holds a lot more stuff than I thought, and the grab handles are strong. I use them as airport crossbody bags. Only as a sidenote, shipping could be faster.

Issue: Received bag with faulty zip, even after viewing photos they still refused refund .
When I purchased bag it was £60 reduced to £29
Now being advertised £50 reduced to £29.90 !!!
Free gift total rubbish, fit for bin no way has a value of £20. Very deceptive.
