Delayed delivery, but good quality
I was initially concerned about the delayed delivery, especially after reading some of the reviews here. I did have to send a couple of emails to get an update, which isn't something I'd expect with a more established company. However, they did reply, informing me that our coffee table was still in production. In the end, the table arrived, and the quality is definitely in line with the price paid. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase, but there is room for improvement in communication and delivery times.

Wrong colour and no reply from Bera Design
I bought some mushroom tables and my parcel was lost. I contacted the Bera Design team and they informed the colour I bought was out of stock, so I agreed to get a different colour. Once I got the new tables I didn’t like the colour and requested to return it the day after I received it. They replied that I missed the return time (considering my initial purchase which was lost by them) and after this point they stopped replying to my emails. Now I’m stuck with 3 tables that I don’t like. This company does not respect their customers and I don’t recommend it. The quality of the mushroom tables I got is not good at all, it looks like unfinished and there are cracks on it.

-The fastenings are brittle, the pieces would not align
-Customer service was rude, blamed me, would hardly reply
-sent me a replacement piece without the fastenings
-In the end, i put the table together myself with extra nails, fastenings and pieces of wood for extra support
-got lied to about a replacement being sent, then a further lie re: replacement delivery date
-in their final email, they sent a lengthy essay on how i've been the problem when all i asked for was a replacement piece and appropriate fastenings.
-took 3 months start to finish in terms of contact
-in the end, they didn't reply to me
-i have the entire email thread to prove this
-i don't write bad reviews but for once in my life, i actually have a need to write a bad review. it was that bad.
Shop here at your own peril. What a horrible company.

We have purchased Walnut Extendable Coffee Table and we like it so much. We have ordered 2 items one of them is for my mum.
Basically the table is sturdy construction and easy to assemble and the company was extremely professional as they have answered all questions very promptly.
We definitely recommend the company.

Poor quality and terrible customer service.
I've ordered the "Magic Anthracite Extendable Coffee & Dining Table 6 in 1" table from this company.
The order arrived on time, but but the side and bottom panels had many chips and damage to the coating.
I contacted customer service to have a replacement sent to me. They immediately promised that they would send it. I even got an email that they sent new panels, but nothing ever arrived, at first, they referred to the fact that the parcel was lost, and then they stopped responding to letters.
I do not recommend buying furniture from them.

HORRID.
Absolutely atrocious build. Wood is ridiculously cheap, breaks apart immediately. Not only did the package originally get sent to the wrong address but when it finally arrived it essentially fell to pieces within minutes of putting it together. Reattached it with some wood glue and carried on but then it fell apart again a week later. Great design but using cheap materials, essentially rendering it useless.

I'm waiting for the refund since November and still didn't get the money back,lack of interest in the customers who are paying for their products.
