Paid for next day delivery but came after 2 days. Aside from that, the products were nice and smelled great. Will be buying again.

I would try another brand
I have 3 benney's of London products. Their saving creams their bursh and the shaving bowl.
Honeslty the only product i can partially recommend is the brush.
The cream and the bowl on the other hand are both awful.
The shaving cream lathers up great and then the moment it touches your skin it disappears into nothing.
The bowl also had issues at some point they switched from ceramic to acrylic. And within 2 days of receiving it the handle broke off.

I am so sorry to here of your experience with our products. I am shocked to here of your feedback on the shaving cream as we have never had this sort of comment in 5 years but would love to here a bit more as I want to try and give everyone the best products we can.
On the shaving bowl, we had to make a decision to change to acrylic as we were getting customers saying 3 months down the bowl had chipped and wanted a refund and it just want cost effective. With the issue of your handle, this 100% shouldn't have happened and we would be more than happy to send you a replacement.
