Beautiful tile selection, but they sent the wrong tile sample. Colors online do not fully match reality, so we are glad we ordered a sample. But, the sample we ordered is not the one we received.... Se mer

Beware, this company is a joke, don't use.

Horrible customer service, impossible to get through. When you finally do, there is a lady with children crying in the background, probably working from her kitchen.. Clicking on Orders and Returns takes you to non-existing page.

Svar från BelTile
BelTile is a small, independent business, and one of the benefits of working with us is that customers communicate directly with real members of our team rather than an outsourced call center or automated phone system.
We are, admittedly, guilty of employing actual humans, and occasionally real life may be heard in the background. We believe most customers prefer that to navigating a maze of recorded messages.
Our mosaic listings include both the dimensions of the individual mosaic pieces and the overall dimensions of the mounted sheet. Pricing may vary among retailers based on sourcing, availability, handling, and service.
We appreciate the feedback regarding the website navigation and are reviewing the issue mentioned. We remain committed to accurate product information, personal service, and treating both customers and staff with courtesy.

Beautiful tile, arrived on time
Beautiful tile, arrived on time. Giving 4 stars rather than 5 only because the shipping details were not adequately communicated till I called and requested them.

Marble baseboard a perfect match
I was looking for a difficult to get marble stone baseboard, which your company had and no others had. I spoke with Diane on the phone and via email several times, and she was always very helpful. I ordered a sample it was beautiful, and followed up with my order. My marble baseboard arrived and was a perfect color match from the sample I had pre-ordered. Thank you for your attention to detail.

I had to have multiple shipments sent
I had to have multiple shipments sent. Every shipment was extremely damaged. It seems like they cut corners on packaging and using the cheapest carrier. The tiles were average quality. I should have used someone else.

Unfortunately we can't guarantee samples will match existing tiles. The 1inch sample that was ordered will not match that size unfortunately.
Happy customer
I was looking for something very specific and Diane at BelTile was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contacting their factories in Italy to see what could be sourced to fulfill my vision. Price was very competitive compared to other options I explored. I just placed a large order and have yet to receive it so I can't speak to the delivery experience just yet but the sales process was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this company. 12 out of 10 stars for Diane!
