I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Bellroy. From placing my first order to receiving my items, everything was smooth and professional. Their website is clear and easy to navigate, shipping was fast, and the products arrived exactly as pictured — even better.

Customer service deserves special mention: when I had a small issue, their support team responded quickly, was friendly, and resolved the situation without fuss. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its users.
And quality of their products are really non matched, without exaggeration!

Perfect size wallet

Our Bellroy journey started 4-5 years ago when my son was starting college. He wanted the Bellroy backpack. I felt it was too expensive, but caved and got him what he wanted. The bag is a work horse and he really loads it. After about 3.5 years the buckle got too loose and he wrote to Bellroy about it. To my surprise they sent him a new bag!! Talk about standing behind your product!!
In the mean time, we have bought two toiletry kits, one small pouch, three duffel bags, and another backpack for my son. The amount of $$ I have spend on Bellroy is crazy. Then again, I know I am buying for life!
The design is simple but well though through, the look is very subtle yet sophisticated, the quality of the products have been great and the customer service is amazing!

I ordered a new phone case on 8/28. I was told it would arrive on 9/5. On 9/10 I emailed support asking where my product was. They told me that they did not have the product and would refund my purchase.

If I didn't reach out would they have ever refunded me? Note that this is the second time this has happened and will be the last time I interact with this brand.

Bellroy products are always well designed and produced with a high quality. I particularly like my new hard luggage with custom packing cells. Would recommend.

I own 5 bellroy bags and one wallet and all of them are great.
Especially the materials chosen.
I've had one issue with a bag's straps loosening but bellroy replaced that bag with a new one free of charge. When it turned out that it was a design failure they offered me a bag that was of equivalent value.

So yes, they make mistakes but they did their best to address it with me so it's still a 5 star experience for me.

As a proud owner of two Bellroy slings and a couple of Pixel cases, I cannot praise them enough. From the very beginning of the process and buying it online, over the quick delivery (once it wasn't quick, but helpful support made it look good!), to the skilfully designes end product. Every detail and the selection of the material is well thought. I wear slings daily and find them one of my necessary utilities. Can't wait for a time to switch my backpack, I know where I'll be buying it!

I’ve purchased three backpacks of various sizes as well as a sling and purse. Each one of these items is of top-notch quality. Very comparable to other great brands like Cotopaxi - trust me IYKYK. I’ve also had terrific customer service when I’ve needed further assistance and all my orders have shipped super quickly. I will absolutely default to Bellroy for future related purchases.

Easy site to navigate. It is a bit to expensive in a very competitive market. While I appreciate their commitment to sustainability, the materials have become of lesser quality recently although the overall build quality is still good.

I have purchased several items from Bellroy and here are some great things: the quality of their products; the speed of delivery so you don’t have to wait long; and they keep you up to date (from receiving order to shipping and tracking info). Online purchases can be a bit tricky but I’m happy to report that I have had great experiences with this company.
