I have to say when it comes to quality & standards Belloluxuryliving are the best, I purchased the Basilio Headboard with the Twix Ottoman Base & I have to say again absolute quality the fabric the colour & how brilliant it was packaged as I live in Northern Ireland it was triple packed so I wasn’t going to be damaged in any way. I couldn’t praise these guys enough & very helpful, if you want to buy a bed you need to buy from Bello luxury living.

I was really happy with the service even though I ask for standard delivery but the drive insisted on helping me carry the mattress up the stairs witch was great, and the customer service is grate on making sure the delivery was ok and making sure my mattress is sutiuded for me.

Superb service from start to finish, great communication on expected timing and delivery status, the 5ft headboard is beautiful quality and I think represents great value for money. Would definitely recommend and would use again!!

What an amazing experience from start to finish when purchasing our new Kingsize Carina Winged Headbroad and bed base in Naple Grey from Bello Luxury Living. Oz was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided us on what options and fabrics were available and best suited our requirements. Sent us free fabric samples in the post which was great for us to actually see the colours to colour match paints etc within our bedroom. We experienced long delays with the company fitting our new bedroom furniture which meant we had to delay delivery of the new bed on numerous occasions but this was never an issue as Oz was always extremely understanding, accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help us. Once the room was ready Oz arranged the delivery within a couple of days which was incredible service especially as it was just before Christmas. Oz definitely does go above and beyond with his customer service. We can not recommend Oz and Bello Luxury Living team enough simply outstanding products, customer service go definitely go above and beyond for full customer satisfaction. We would not hesitate in purchase from furniture etc from Bello Luxury Living in the future.

I ordered the Windsor headboard with the extra high Finnish, the customers service was amazing from contacting me to send swatches of the fabric through to the weekly updates on the build of the headboard.

The service throughout was just perfect and the quality is excellent.

We ordered a bed and it is perfect! Brilliant quality and just as described.. it was a bonus to be able to receive samples of fabric and colours beforehand!

What really blew me away was the customer service.. literally amazing! They constantly ket me updated with the order and delivery and promply responded to a couple questions I had.
