I ordered schwarzkopf blondeme bleach and when I had applied it the damage was already done as the product was faulty/expired and caused a huge chemical burn that left my mum red and itchy.

Hi , Sorry that you feel that this is the case however none of our products are expired. If any products are damaged in transit all you need to do is notify us so we can exchange it for you.
Avoid purchasing from this company
Brought a product for $112, was advised that it would be delivered today. So I waited at home so I didn't miss it. I received a text from my shop app advising the courier failed to deliver it because no one is home. There were two people home, no tv on no radio on so I could hear the front door. Once I received the notification ran to the front door to see the truck idling for a few minutes then drove off. I immediately contact the supplier who was rude and aggressive informing me is ts not her problem and I have to chase up the fright company. I as a customer have no control over who the the supplier closes to freight there products, so she should chase them up and reschedule them to drop it off. She absolutely refused i the asked for a refund but she became even more rude and said she will refund me for the product only I have to pay courier fees. I advise her that I will be calling the ACCC she go ahead she didn't care. I hung up. Please please avoid this company I will never use them again. I should have read the reviews before placing my order online but I have used them and had no issue.

Sorry you feel this way however we did all in our power to track your parcel for you. Unfortunately couriers and how they deliver is out of our control however we always are available to assist our customers.

Ordered a product on the 8/08 email said will be shipped within 24-48 hours, got a txt 4 days later saying there’s no stock didnt read the txt until 4 days later asking about the prouduct, got a txt back saying it just arrived that morning and its been processed, replied immediately and requested to cancel the order. Got a txt back 1 minute later saying order cant be cancelled because its been shipped. So 2 minutes ago it was just being processed and now its to late to cancel coz its been shipped? AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10

Hi Robert, all our products are purchased directly from Wella and being one of Australia's largest Wella stockist we never hold old stock. Just so you know Wella is the only company that prints their manufacturing date and not the expired date on all their products. This is very confusing for many customers.
Great prices and service
Great prices and the products arrived very quickly. Emailed twice before ordering and was answered promptly both times. Will use them again.
