No products received. No tracking information. One generic email response. My teen daughter was excited to use her birthday/Christmas money to purchase your product. On check out she was charged twice $52.95 and $9.95. She emailed immediately to see what the second charge was for with no response. I emailed and sent FB messages multiple times including proof of purchase. We have No tracking number, No product and the one email response is generic about no cancelation. We will be requesting a charge back from the gift card issuer, as well as filing a complaint with BBB.

I was really excited to take advantage of the "Buy 2, Get 2 Free" deal, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. First, my order was delivered very late, and I wasn't even provided with a tracking number to monitor its progress. I only found out it had arrived when I happened to come home and saw it on my doorstep.

Second, the quality of the necklaces is terrible. My daughter wore hers for just two weeks before it broke, and the letters started to tarnish. My sister also wore hers for the same amount of time, and her necklace broke as well. The company advertises that their jewelry is strong and tarnish-resistant, but that is clearly not the case. These necklaces are cheaply made and poorly crafted.

To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent. I have tried reaching out multiple times but have received no response. Their website even lists the wrong Facebook page, which connects to a completely different jewelry company in New York. It seems like they are using someone else's page instead of having their own, which is highly suspicious.

If this is a small business, they should be running it much better given the amount of money people are spending. The lack of communication, poor product quality, and misleading advertising make this one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I feel embarrassed that I purchased these necklaces for my loved ones, only to have them all complain about them. I will never buy from this company again, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

I emailed them and told them that my order didn't come, and they told me that I didn't order and scammed me. I did order it, and it showed up on my Capital One app and said the order went through and the payment was processed. I ordered four necklaces, and they're all gifts. I also sent a screenshot of my Capital One app and the payment, and I said it says it went through, and then they never answered me, and it's been a week. I know they saw it because we have been emailing back-and-forth and I've been telling them my concerns. I ordered it five weeks ago also my friend now doesn't have a birthday present.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I placed an order for 2 necklaces on May 25, 2024 and still nothing and it's August 5, 2024. My order status remains in the "Order placed" mode. They don't respond to emails. I'm about to request a refund from my CC company. The reviews on their website are fake. Don't fall for it. These people are frauds.

Delivery times are too long even with express delivery. The glue on the sticky bras is so potent it irritates the skin

I have ordered before, there was no any issue. Its not the case anymore. I have ordered 13 days ago and still have not got dispatch email and tracking information. Nobody replied to my email aswell. Very dissapointed.

I placed an order on 17th May, recieved a confirmation email which said I would be notified when the order had been dispatched. Today is 5th June and I still haven’t had a dispatch email and I haven’t received my order. I emailed about this and sent a facebook message a week ago and haven’t had a reply. It’s been 19 days no with no order, no contact from Belles & Co, and no response to my messages.

I have ordered several times and always been delighted with my purchases. However, this time, I need to return some items. That's where it's all gone wrong. The post office returns label link doesn't work and trying to sort out a returns label is proving to be a nightmare. There is no communication despite getting in touch more than once. A real shame that Belles & Co have let themselves down.

Love the pattern and the shorts were an absolute bargain! I’m 6ft though and they are a little short in the body for me but they’re comfy if a little low riding!

I do yoga and these stay put in all postures, but also provide amazing comfort where I don’t feel at all restricted. Fabulous company, that I’ll recommend 100% and will definitely be buying more from. Well done all of you at Belles ☺️

I ordered two pairs of shorts in two difference sizes. Needed to swap a size and everything was really smooth. The shorts themselves are really soft and comfy. I would recommend sizing up though personally! Would definitely recommend. The patterns are so snazzy!

This company is quietly getting on with giving us fabulous long yoga leggings and I mean long ! They are great- great great- high waisted and no see through - love them!
