Ordered sandals really wished I had read reviews before doing this tried to cancel and asked for a refund but they refused not holding much Hooe on getting them,the website implies they are UK based but in fact come from.china other buyers beware .

I would give -1000 stars if I could honestly they are by far the worst company I have come across. I was unfortunate enough to receive the item and it’s shambolic. I was not expecting much from the veneers as they are cheap but what was delivered was unbelievable. They are made of the same material that is used to make the vampire teeth you buy for halloween costumes even though it says on their website they are not! They are now refusing to refund due to Covid hahah. It’s been reported to my bank and they are taking this further for me I hope you all get your money back

Do not order from these people! Ordered from them and never received it. They used Hermes and the postcode for my address did not match the tracker. Their response was to ask around my neighbours! They were adamant that it had been delivered, so I must have entered the wrong address!! Bunch of sheisters!

Guys I'm shocked by the comments I should have read it before too, I bought two creams worth £49.90, so far I haven't received anything, this company from what I see is a scammer, I'm shocked 😳

I have been scammed. Took my money & I received nothing. They wont reply to emails & the phone is a voicemail. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before ordering.

Should of read the reviews before ordering🤦‍♀️ All make mistakes and learn from it. Email them to cancel my order and give me a refund but they have declined the request. Saying that orders are taking time due to the pandemic. It’s been two years. Gonna fight for my refund.

Do not order from this so called company. Placed my order on 6th May
tracking says it arrived in the UK on the 21st. It's now 16th June tried emailing was advised to wait a few days still no delivery.Reported to Trading Standards who have said they have many complaints against this company....

Never order from this site. I wished I had read reviews first. Never got my money back for an item I purchased then cancelled, though I got plenty of emails. I would give this company 0 for my reviews. Disgusting company.

If I could rate this company 0 I would so 1 will have to do. Ordered two skin coloured front fastening bras on 16th April. Three weeks later when they arrived surprise surprise they were BLACK. 11 emails later I am no further forward. Now they don’t even reply and I am £40 quid out of pocket. Steer clear of them .

AWFUL!! Ordered a pair of sandals…wide fitting, orthopaedic … NOT AT ALL! Wouldn’t fit my 8yo granddaughter. Terrible communication. Refuses refund…said to return to a Moroccan address…costing more than the sandals are worth!! I paid £30.95 and will take as far as I can! I’d rather give money away than be stolen from! Steer clear of this firm!!!! #FUMING

Dodgy gits .
Ordered glasses for 85 year old father . Finally turned up advertised as German.
They don't work as advertised and lenses all misted.
I requested a refund and they supplied a Moroccan address with the return of goods on me.
The parcel on the outside also says shower head so I'm guessing they're not been to honest with their exports

Dishonest company. Took 20 pounds and 9 pence on 17 may for a pair of glasses. The order was never processed, as I read their feedback, and cancelled my order at once. I was assured the order had not been processed, so no order number. I have sent dozens of messages asking for the return of my money. They have promised order is bring processed, but they are not telling the truth. It is now June and no refund had gone in to my bank. After the Bank holiday, I shall be contacting my bank for help. Bells gadgets are so dishonest, it's not their money to keep. I have even phoned them. Quess what, no one available to take my call, but they are available to take your money.

Absolutely shocking. Do not order from this company. 3 wks still my order not arrived. Asked for money back and won't. Its says they are based in the uk but my tracking information, coming from China!! Lies lies lies!!

Would not even give it a 1 star to be honest made my purchase of veneers teeth for £18 and 4 weeks later still not arrived

I received my order in 2 weeks, a pair of sandals, love the material, packaging is fine , not the best , but i'm happy with it overall

I received the order in time , communication was easy through emails , I don't get why there are so many negative comments , I think satisfied customers don't bother writing good reviews.

After waiting for a month for delivery of my wife's sandals size 6 arrived stating size 6/39 might just fit a 6 year old and very poor quality. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this company

Order a top last week, no comms, no notice of item in transport, etc.

My bank, monzo, refunded me after disputing the payment. Love this bank!

I ordered a pair of focusing glasses. Got them today.absolute rubbish. would not focus .I suspect they were very cheaply made . Also uncomfortable to wear.anyway.threw them into the rubbish bin.good by Bella gadgets . would advise never by anything from this company .

Immediate take your money but won't even reply to emails. Ordered product 3 weeks ago not even a dispatch note sent. PLAGUE company
