Well, they got me also.
Took my money and NEVER delivered, there PHONE is now Disconnected ! Poop,
I guess that's on me for not checking it out,

Don’t buy from here avoid avoid avoid cheap and nasty and when you ask for refund they ignore your emails rip

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to give 1 star as there was no other option. Absolutely appalling service.. I ordered a bra from them.. It took over 5 weeks to arrive. The quality is terrible and does not do what it says in the description. I emailed them for a refund and an email came back saying that they have 'Blocked' me.
I have learned a very valuable lesson.. Always trust your gut instinct and only use reputable companies.

absolutely disgusting service been waiting 27 days for my order still hasn't arrived no- one has phoned me when I've have asked them too I've sent a 12 email's and nothing and when I've asked for my money back they decided to block me I would give it 0 stars don't use this you will lose your money

Dodgy gits .
Ordered glasses for 85 year old father . Finally turned up advertised as German.
They don't work as advertised and lenses all misted.
I requested a refund and they supplied a Moroccan address with the return of goods on me.
The parcel on the outside also says shower head so I'm guessing they're not been to honest with their exports

Absolutely awful. Placed an order for a dog toy on the 8th of May it is now 4th of June and still no sign of my order. Have contacted customer services for help but shouldn't have bothered. Apparently it is10-20 days delivery once the item is finally dispatched. If i had realised my item was coming from China i wouldn't have bothered!! I thought as they have UK in their website address i wouldn't be waiting this long. Never will order again from this company and definitely do not recommend!!!

I wouldn't even give it one star. I purchased snap on smile veneers which cost just over £18 they took over 5 weeks to be delivered. And it came with no instructions no trade mark no advice or ingredients as to what's in the paste that u have to put in boiling water. I would absolutely not recommend anyone to buy this product

Unfortunately there isn’t a zero as this company appears to be fraudulent, ordered item a month ago still not received, keep palming me of with its in transit, do not deal with them

I give this complete scam of a company 0 stars. Absolutely disgrace. I never recieved my order got a couple of emails back apologising and said they would send it again. Absolute bull. They keep you sweet emailing you until you can't go anywhere with the complaint on PayPal cause once the case is closed it can't be reopened. Word of warning stay clear of this scam of a company do not waste your money or your time on them.

They have taken 26 pounds from my disabled mother for a dog bed no item received and no response from them I hope they rot in their cheap hell

Ordered a photography crystal from here and after a few weeks it arrived…in the most pathetic little white battered box, no leaflet of explanation etc or anything. No way I could give it as a gift. I’ve contacted the company via email for a refund, and was asked to send a photo which I sent. I’ve heard nothing since. Not impressed at all and they’ve the cheek to email me with offers??!

Ordered jeans from this company , after waiting for a few weeks the jeans came ....wrong size , one leg shorter than the other. I asked for a refund but no go ...they asked me to return the jeans to Morocco before they could even consider a refund

ordered a dog grooming tool on the 27th november and as of 10th december no sight of it and no contact to my questions either would not recommend this company to anybody the phone contact is a waste of time money and effort as well

Ordered something from them. False tracking number then my bank card was hacked. FREUD.

Ordered an item of clothing from this company (which has an ad on Google & comes up in their searches) Paid via Paypal but no goods received and a non-existant tracking number sent via email.No responses to emails or phone calls. Neither Google nor Paypal have responded yet so I claimed via my bank as I paid by debit card. My bank gave me a refund & are investigating. Maybe they will have more influence than an individual customer. Had an email from Bella Gadgets today thanking me for my previous review & suggesting that I join their community & tell my friends about them?? So as a member of their angry and defrauded 'community' I am happy to oblige!

Since I foolishly bought shoes from this company I forever seem to have the ad popping up on my phone just to remind me of what a terrible mistake I made! Ordered sandals which were not the correct size and the quality was appalling. I argued with them that the shoes were not as described through PayPal due to their sizing information. After much correspondence, Bellagadgets initially were not playing ball & corresponding on PayPal resolution platform. I elevated my case to a claim when I thought all avenues had been explored. Thankfully PayPal supported my claim and I was fully refunded. Their terms & conditions are laughable as so complex, they obviously operate from China so WHY they are a .co.uk company is a joke. Completely sucked in by their advert & never again will I buy from Instagram before checking out. I was lucky, I feel, to get a refund. The shoes will now go in the charity bag!

A fraud of a company. Ordered some goods and they have not been delivered in 2 months. No customer service response as they just ignore your emails. No way to contact the company.. No chance of a refund. Avoid like the plague as this is a scam web site.
