Erin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My first sign ordered should of been with me a few weeks previous but she did not hesitate and made me a new one. I received the second sign within a few days and I must say it looks great.
These signs are of great quality and at a reasonable cost so you can’t go wrong.
Will definitely order in the future.

Product never arrived. Now out of pocket
Ordered sign early June 2022. Chased and was told it was despatched on 5th August 2022. Product did not arrive.
Respectfully asked for the tracking to check it myself. No response. Messaged twice more and left the 5 working day gap for response time. Still no reply.
Can’t comment on product as it never arrived. I’m more unhappy about the non response to my polite, respectful enquiries.
Am now out of pocket.
Update 15th September 2022.
Thank you for refunding the money we paid for the sign that we did not arrive.
As I said previously, goods do go missing. Since leaving my review, I have now received my refund and all is resolved. Thank you.

Thankyou for leaving a review, I am so sorry you feel my customer service is not ample however you received your sign quite some time ago, I do not offer warranty on my products as they are a handmade item but I am more than happy to fix or help any customers out if a problem arises with there product, I am just a small business and cannot offer warranty unlike large company’s. Upon contacting us I offered you 20% discount on your next order or to replace this sign, I am so sorry this has happened, we have updated our paint range from the beginning of this year, which will not fade. Please feel free to contact us anytime to avail of this offer.

Wonky and poor quality
Ordered a house sign from this company. Really poor quality, arrived wonky and one of the numbers were broken at the bottom. Messaged seller, disagreed with me despite evidence and refused to replace or refund.
* Following sellers response, seller has only offered to replace a single damaged number, not the item as a whole. I’m expected to remove the number from the acrylic and place it on myself. Disgusting *

However, upon contacting us this evening we had explained that the damage to your number has occurred when sign was in the mail and being transported to you. We have kindly offered to replace this for you and have advised this will be posted out to you tomorrow morning. We also have completely agreed that the sign has been damaged and have fully offered to fix this issue for you.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, this will be posted to you first thing tomorrow morning.
