This was an excellent experience; I’m nervous about organising money but Ben and Zack were extremely patient and kind and I always felt well supported. All the necessary information was clearly explained and i found uploading documents to the App very straightforward. All in the all this was a very positive 5-star experience and I received my home loan 2-weeks and 3-days after my first interaction with Believe. Thank you!

Outstanding and very ND inclusive
Outstanding, Ben and Zack were super helpful and really understanding of the limitations of my adhd!
I was told who would be calling me and when, and what area code to expect so i wasn’t worried about calls from an unfamiliar number. Being able to upload documentation instantly online was so much easier than having to try and print stuff and remember to post and the whole process took no more than 3 weeks start to finish, only slowed down by the land registry. I spoke to the same people for the whole process and contacting them was a simple phone call with minimal wait times.
I don’t think I’d consider going anywhere else for a loan after this experience!!
