Great communication
Great communication. Sadie and Grace were really helpful through this process, finding me options. I particularly liked that I didn't have to wait as long as other brokers were estimating once I decided on a lender to go with.
Everytime I was unclear or unsure they took their time to explain, ensured i had enough autonomy to make my decision and acted swiftly when necessary to provide other options.
It was very easy to communicate with them.
