Unfortunately like many retailers, we do not offer a free returns service, we did offer options of a full refund for the item you wished to return and a free replacement item to be posted out at no cost to you🌟
Honestly not good
Honestly not good. I ordered an item on Saturday and put next day delivery, expecting the small item to come at the latest, Tuesday.
I emailed customer service and had no response. My packages arrived on Thursday.
Paying that extra money for quicker delivery was a waste. Will not be shopping with them again to be honest
Editing this because honestly the reply to my review isn’t the nicest. And I’ve seen the other reply’s you’ve shared on others messages.
£4.50 in my opinion is quite a large amount for something that took 4 days to arrive. Yes I see on your website when the cut off point is but 48 hour tracked is misleading. 2 working days but this took 4. If I selected Standard would that have arrived quicker?
Also why have an email address to deal with these queries, which I used and messaged politely, and not reply. If you only use WhatsApp to deal with queries that should be made clear.

We have no record of you contacting customer services in email or by phone, we also have a contact number clearly stated on our packing slip which you can text, WhatsApp or call at any time to query anything, as well as being active daily on our social channels. We would of hoped you would of called us if you felt there was an issue with your order, we can share details of your order with you again in case there has been a misunderstanding. We do not only use WhatsApp, we offer a phone, call, email or WhatsApp service which is checked daily during customer services hours to allow our customers access to talk to a person, as we haven't received any email communication from you, we would urge you to contact us by phone to discuss any part of our service you are unhappy with. We are happy to engage with our customers in any way of communication which is convenient to them, however we cannot respond to something we haven't received.
