Le professionnel était ponctuel, qualifié et a un rendu un rapport satisfaisant.

Climatechnics situé à Leuvensesteenweg 246/1, 1932 Zaventem me facture 31 euros de déplacement pour un électricien qui vient et me promet de faire suivre un devis. Ensuite... plus de nouvelles malgré mes nombreux rappels. J'envoie alors un mail de menace de les balancer au fisc et là, je reçois enfin une réponse .... extrêmement insultante! Bref, Climatechnics gagne sa vie en ponctionnant des déplacements à 31 euros.

Intervention impeccable, problème résolu. par contre, pas reçula facture annoncée.

Cela fait deux fois que je prends rdv pour l’entretien de mon pellet. Rdv fixé avec la société Climatechnic mais personne ne se présente au rendez-vous. Ras le bol de ces entrepreneurs qui n’ont aucune considération pour leurs clients.

One of the plumbers we hired on Belfix (company was Eautech Chauffage) overcharged us for the appointment and was not able to fix our leaking sink. We tried for months to contact Belfix in many ways, as well as the company of the plumber - all attempts were unsuccessful.

After filing a bad complaint on your platform we received a discount of 30€ for our next appointment, which we decided to use. Unfortunately, the result was just as bad. The company this time was Jocks Dépannage (it was rated as very good).

We had an appointment for 12/02 from 18-20H, we received a call shortly before the appointment saying the plumber could not make it and requesting to change to Thursday - we agreed.
New appointment was arranged for Thursday (15/02) at 15H - the plumber did not show - we waited a few hours and called him to which he replied "oh yes sorry, I forgot". I asked if it was still possible to come today to which he said no, unless we pay full price in cash (99€) without our 30€ discount.
We agreed to pay 99€ but only if he could fix the issue (as that was not the case in the past and we ended up paying 200€) - to which he said no, that he prefers not to take the risk.
I am very disappointed in Belfix.
Not only do you have no standards on how to handle subcontractors but you also have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
We will not be using your services again and will spread the word to all our friends and relatives.

Ma récente expérience avec Belfix pour la réparation de ma chaudière a été une déception totale. Après avoir pris rendez-vous en ligne, dans l'attente de résoudre rapidement les problèmes de chauffage à mon domicile, je me retrouve aujourd'hui sans aucune intervention de leur part.

Non seulement personne ne m'a contacté pour confirmer l'intervention, mais surtout aucun professionnel de Belfix ne s'est présenté à mon domicile à la date prévue. Cette situation a laissé ma chaudière défectueuse, aggravant ainsi le problème initial.

L'absence totale de suivi et d'intervention de la part de Belfix démontre un manque de professionnalisme inacceptable, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de problèmes urgents comme celui d'une chaudière défaillante. Cette expérience m'a laissé insatisfait et frustré, et je ne peux en aucun cas recommander les services de Belfix à d'autres utilisateurs.

Actuellement, je suis à la recherche d'une alternative plus fiable pour résoudre le problème de ma chaudière, évitant ainsi toute déconvenue similaire à l'avenir.

C'est la deuxième personne à qui j'ai fait appel et je suis satisfaite de cette personne. Il m'a fait un devis comme promis assez rapidement. Maintenant j'attends les nouvelles de mon côté pour pouvoir commencer les travaux.

Called a plumber via Belfix to fix a leaking pipe. Their already overpriced service charged significantly extra for replacement parts (they bought a whole new set of pipes just to replace one of the valves). Besides that, the problem was not fixed and pipes still leak. Nor the plumber nor Belfix is responsive to any of our complaints. Stay away!

It was very easy to book an appointment and the problem was solved very quickly. The only downside was the price, much higher than expected because of extras.

The service was supposed to be carried out yesterday at 19:00, but that was canceled by the company and rescheduled for today at 13:00, they arrived at 15:00 and the tech told me they could not clean the gutter, but charged me anyway. Not to mention, they had no proper ladder so there was no way for them to rrach the gutter. So if you ask me, bad experience ...
