Tenía dudas de tallaje y me asesoraron muy bien! La calidad es insuperable, me encanta el tejido y el color. Se nota muy resistente. Volveré a comprar segurísimo!

I recently came in contact with Belamer, because I wanted to find beautiful swimwear what was simpler but still with a very nice touch. I love everything about the bikini, it’s soft and fits really nice around the body. It’s my go to brand for swimwear now. They also assisted me very well with my question and they are super responsive, would totally recommend!

I am a customer of Belamer since 2021. I own a few pieces now that I absolutely love and I wear summer after summer. I find their designs fitting so nicely, the fabrics and colors are beautiful and remain like the first day. I consider the products quite timeless and I always have them as back-of-closet options. Recently, and because I am pregnant and my body is different, I had a hard time finding the right size and design that would fit me but their customer service has been so comprehensive and quick.
Belamer is my go to brand when it comes to swimwear.

Los bikinis son preciosos y se ajustan perfectamente. Los detalles y acabados son de muy buena calidad, y los colores son tal como se ven en las fotos. Además, el envío fue rápido y llegó todo bien empaquetado. Totalmente recomendable si buscas bikinis bonitos y cómodos!!

Me encanta la marca, la calidad de los bikinis y como quedan. A parte de ser una marca con valores y hechos de forma ética y sostenible. Muy contenta con el servicio de atención al cliente. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

I bought a bikini from this brand. With only one wear, the underwiring came out. In addition, the quality is very bad so it was not surprising. I contacted them and they took a long time to reply. They said that they could fix it but because the quality was so bad, I wanted a refund. I returned the bikini and heard nothing from them. After chasing, they said that they had fixed the bikini and returned it to me which is not what I wanted. In addition I had moved house and they had not even checked that I lived at the same address!! Terrible customer service and quality of product. Will never order from them again and advise people to do the same.

I LOVE this company! The bikinis are gorgeous, really flattering and comfortable. I highly recommend them. The items were sent and received quickly, and I placed another order now that I figured out my size. I will return some of the items from my first order and I don’t expect to have any issues with the refund, as the customer support has been very responsive over email for anything I have needed so far. Can not wait to order more!

This is a horrific company with outrageous customer service.
I refused the delivery after I was charged customs fees and three weeks after I am still waiting for a refund of more than £200
No clarity whatsoever on their website on custom fees that are NOT included in the total, no willingness to help a customer who’s been refused a refund because the package is ‘lost’. Don’t do international business if you’re not ready to help customers with shipping issues and you want them to sacrifice their money because a package gets lost on the way. This is not the way of dealing with clients.

I am super happy with this company. I love the items I’ve received, they are beautiful, fit well, colours are great, and they look exactly how they do in the pictures. However I am also very impressed with the customer service. First of all, UPS delayed my order and it didn’t end up arriving in time for my holiday, and then there was some challenges with UPS holding my order while I was away but Belamer were so great with their communication with me, trying to contact UPS, and letting me know that I can return any unwanted items once I’m back from holiday which was outside of their return window and anytime I had any questions, they answered them very quickly and were always so nice. Once I did receive the items, I wanted to return something that was too small for me and I noticed that I accidentally ordered two identical bikini tops but only received one so emailed them and without hesitation they had full trust in me to know I only received one and gave me the refund for that immediately after, and as usual their customer service responses have been amazing. I am very happy with how I’ve been communicated to, their flexibility with me, response quality and time, and even them trying to speed up my order to try and get it in time for my holiday (was UPS’s fault) and then of course the items I’ve received :)

I placed an order for my partner’s birthday and needed it shipped as soon as possible. Customer service was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and arranged express shipping, it arrived super fast! The quality is excellent and absolutely worth it. I’d definitely recommend it!!:)

Zamówione produkty charakteryzuje najwyższa jakoś materiałów i obłędna precyzja wykonania! W Belamer dba się o najmniejszy detal, tak, aby całe doświadczenie zakupu sprawiło przyjemność. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Muy buena calidad de los bañadores, los diseños favorecen mucho y me encanta que sean fabricados en Barcelona. Tuve una duda sobre el tallaje y me respondieron rápido y con amabilidad. No entiendo el resto de reseñas, en 1 año no he tenido problemas, pero hay que hacer caso de las instrucciones de lavado, que para eso están en la web...

Product is not at all as they describe online, after using it ONES, the sizes changed drastically and to like 2-3 sizes more. only they even say to size up!!! I explained everything and they don‘t replace the product. Charging 65€ for a piece and not careing about the customer just shows, that they only thing they care for is making profit 👎🏻 really really poor for an expensive brand like that!!

I purchased a Belamer Bikini at the beginning of August and have worn it only a few times. Despite carefully following the care instructions—e.g., handwashing it as recommended—I’ve noticed significant wear on one side of the bikini. When I reached out to customer service, they insisted the damage was my fault and refused to offer a return or replacement. Given the premium price of the bikini, I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality and the lack of support from the company.
