Strangest company I have dealt with ordered bed easily and didn’t hear anything for 5 days rang them they gave a strange response saying it should be with me next week but no date I then called again a few days later they said they’d call me back and they didn’t 10 days later I rang and cancelled they didn’t even ask me why I was cancelling odd from beginning to end

Ordered from this company few times now everything always been fine

Haven't received the bed yet, but the furniture arrived very quickly. Delivery driver was excellent. Furniture is very good quality, very pleased. Looking forward to the bed !

A very attractive bedside cabinet in beautiful wood. Delivered by thoughtful crew.

The wardrobe is great. All parts arrived with instructions and easy to assemble. Great product.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is the delivery driver was very huffy puffy when he had to lift everything on his own. Not a great representation for the company.

Excellent service! Ordered 2 check of drawers and 3 wardrobes. They assembled the wardrobes within 90 mins max! Solid job. Both the men were ever so polite and accommodating! Highly recommend!

You took my order and then didn’t tell me for weeks you couldn’t use the material I’d selected. Then it’s out for delivery for a week and then you cancel the delivery when I’ve set the day aside saying my single bed won’t fit in their van!

I used bed kings for the first time with the Lancaster cream sets of drawers, I am totally amazed, at what solid heavy top quality furniture, brilliant to look at ,so elegant, and top value for money, would highly recommend, I'm so happy. Barbara Evans

Items came with scuffed edges and chipped areas on the wooden wardrobes, drawers and bedside table sets
Not worth the money i paid for them

I used the pre built service. The lads who delivered were great, nothing was too much trouble

Delivery took weeks with no communication. Couldnt get through on the phone on numerous occasions. Initial booked delivery was cancelled (although to be fair there was snow). When arrived there were marks on the furniture. Spoke with BK and they were helpful but i needed to send it back for replacement which i couldnt be bothered to do.
