I messaged them on Friday morning, they replied straight away and the bed was delivered the next morning on time as promised.

This bed is stunning for the price very well made and exactly what we wanted it was £200 cheaper than other places we had been looking . Was easy to put together and looks gorgeous in our bedroom. On delivery the headboard was missing but this was sorted within half a hour and another guy turned up with the missing headboard and we didn’t pay till it had been delivered in full … would recommend thanks top quality

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a bed from here a few years ago and was very happy with the quality of the bed so decided to place an order with them again last week as I have moved house again but the experience has been terrible! Firstly the bed delivered is not the bed that I ordered. I was asked to make payment by cash on the day which I was forced to pay before they assembled the bed. The reason for this is because the bed is such bad quality (looks like a toddler has put the bed together) and once you pay by cash there is no way of disputing the payment with your bank and they will ignore any messages after sale. I asked the guys that delivered the bed to return it as the quality was bad and it was not what I ordered and they refused to. They also tried to leave with the extra £50 for assembly when they didn’t even assemble the bed in the end. I literally had to stand behind the van to obstruct them from leaving with my money. Im now trying to get in contact with bed innovations to come and take their bed back and give me my money and they are ignoring me. I am definitely the wrong person to do this to as I will ensure everyone knows not to order from this place and I will be taking them to small claims court. Disgusting thieving tramps.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering a mattress from Bed Innovation UK think very carefully about the after-sales service before placing an order.
I ordered a mattress which was delivered and looked to be new and of good quality. But, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, and this is where the problems started.
Bed Innovation UK advertises a 30-day trial period, which gives the impression that you can try the mattress and return it if it isn't suitable.
I have tried contacting the customer service several times by phone, but have been unable to get through, and I have sent multiple emails without receiving any response. There is a complete lack of communication and customer support when something goes wrong.
What’s the point then of a 30-day trial if you cannot get hold of the company when you want to return the product?
I am now frustrated and misled, with a mattress I don't want and no way to contact the seller to arrange a return.
Would definitely not recommend buying from Bed Innovation UK unless you 100% sure of the product.
